It was large and spacious and comfortable in a great location .. with a spacious laundry and a pretty balcony.

The microwave wasn’t working so I had to use the oven There wasn’t any washing powder and washing up liquid.. it was not a problem for me because I was there for 25 days so I bought them but it may be a good idea to provide them.. and salt and pepper 😂.. The kitchen was lovely but it had lots of plates but only one small frying pan and one saucepan.. Having said this it’s a really nice and comfortable apartment.. these are just suggestions 😊

Private and secure garage was close by (3-4minutes walk) in comparison with many other places we have stayed at. We had a relatively large car and it fit in the garage. Instructions for accessing the garage and for check-in were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is of an excellent size for two people, plenty of room. It's clean, modern and well furnished. All the necessary untensils are in the kitchen, although considering we were in Italy tiny wine glasses are not the norm ;). The location cannot be beaten, it's one of the main reasons I chose the apartment and we were not disappointed, Communication with Matteo was quick, polite and informative.

I cannot catergorise these comments as 'What we didn't like?' more they were observations. The wi-fi signal in the living area was non-existant given the location of the router. Fair play to Matteo when infomed of this he came early the next morning and installed a wi-fi booster, after that it worked as should initially have. A decent sharp kitchen knife is a requirement in any kitchen where guests might prepare food, I love cooking hence I noticed the one provided has seen far better days. We also found it somewhat amusing that a vast CD collection is on display purely for interior design purposes and not for guests. AV system is present with connected speakers and no CD player. The radio sounded nice though, when we found time to chill with some background music. ;)

The location was perfect, it was vas, very quiet.

We didnt have single blankets for the night. The sofa and the coach which were for the addtional guests were very uncomfortable and hard to br slept on

it is a central area with lots of shopping opportunities and food.

several main issues are as follows: 1. the matrees was too soft to the level that it was completely discomfort and un ease. I told that to the owner but he said that it cost EUR2000 and it is the best mattress. 2. The apartment was too cold for my wife, and I tried to operate the AC in addition to the heaters that not all worked in the first place. I told it to the owner and he replied that the AC is only for the summer and that the regulations do not allow to go beyond 23 degrees. I kept telling him that it didn't matter because my wife was cold! 3. At our last day, the taxi to the airport was set to 12:30 by the owner. At 10:00 AM he arrived (this was the first time we physically met) with a group of handymen and start work on correcting, to my opinion, the AC . I think that he should have brough us electrical spiral heater or other means of heat if the AC was not supposed to work, and also that we should have know that in advance. However, the fact that they wer trying to fix the AC imply that it was supposed to be working. Also, why he have not coordinated with me or even ask me if he can arrive to the apartment at this time and not at 12:30 when we were supposed to leave? this was a complete chock to us and lucky thayt we were finalized our packing and morning arramgements.
