Staff is very kind and helpful.
The room is confortable and the pool is great.
There was no toilet seat in the bathroom. I have never seen it in a 4-star hotel.
I was also surprised to find out there was no shower in the pool area. Or it was broken.
Also, it’s a shame that the hotel doesn't make an effort to provide a decent breakfast for its guests.

It was easy to get a sun bed and the pool itself doesn’t get too busy. Great for relaxing after hiking in the mountains.
The only problem we encountered was not being able to pay on card. We tried 6 different cards - both debit and credit - and they didn’t work. We were then followed to a cash point in Shkoder by the manager. Seems as if it’s an issue with their card machine taking British cards.

Lovely pool and room was lovely
No air con in room, WiFi extremely poor. Bartender quite rude, would not make cocktail but made cocktails for others.
