Perfect location, comfort, and exceptionally welcoming hosts.

Excellent location, very close to Lucerne, _interest","Mount Pilatus","mountain near Lucerne, Switzerland"], and Lake Lucerne, yet quiet and peaceful — an ideal combination. The apartment is comfortable, spotless, and fully matched our expectations, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Daniela and Martin Lipp were very warm and welcoming, met us personally, showed us around, and explained everything clearly. Having an electric car charging station on site was a huge advantage and extremely convenient. A special highlight is the hosts’ small vineyard and their homemade red wine — authentic and excellent. We were happy to taste it and highly recommend buying a bottle if available.

At least it is clean

My wife cried the moment she saw the place and wanted to check out the moment we checked in. The reason she is so upset is because she thought she has paid for a studio, which by European standards should be 25 square meters. The accomodation is only 17 square meters, which fell short significantly. We felt ripped off. This place should never be advertised as a studio and receive rental of a studio when the built up area is only the size a room.

Perfect stay

Everything was great. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and showed us how things work when we arrived. They also prepared simple freebies and snacks. The home is situated in a hillside, so we had views of the town below. The home was comfortable for us and had all the amenities we needed for the stay. My daughter especially loved the flowers in the garden. We also visited the ruins nearby in a leisurely afternoon stroll.

None. Google maps gets confused with the location of the house but follow the instructions of the hosts so you won't get lost.

Awesome. Highly reco

Cozy, warm, spacious, clean, perfect for a family of 4. It had complete amenities that we all needed. We cooked for 2 nights and we enjoyed the experience of cooking in the apartment. The property had a small vineyard and we were able to try Martin’s red wine. Best is the warm accommodation we felt from Daniela who picked us up from the train station and brought us back on our way to our next destination. We also liked that the property was very near a church.

A little climb from the Main Street but not much of a problem as we are used to long walks and hike.

What a gem of a find. This apartment was so perfect for us. Martin was welcoming and great with all the instructions of the apartment and the area. The views over his little vineyard were so lovely. Privileged to purchase and enjoy a bottle of beautiful red wine. The apartment was spacious, fully equipment with even the added extras of cold water, orange juice, beer in the fridge, nepresso coffee and bread which really added to the experience. Peaceful location. Only a few minutes walk down to the town centre. We had a car so easy access to Lucerne but train was centre of town. We ate at August restaurant which is one of the listed in the welcome book and it was amazing! One of our favourite eating experiences of our whole roadtrip. The whole stay was something to remember always !

Just perfect

It was perfect! We were accommodated in the flat and we had everything we needed for us and for our children. The kitchen had all the tools we needed. The whole flat was very clean and comfortable. We loved to stay in the evening on the terrace where it was very quiet. Thank you for the hospitality and for the lovely experience.

The owner is super friendly and professional The garden was nice The kitchen is excellent with all essentials available, even with some spices Provided hospitality food like chocolate, apples, juices, bread toast, water,… The unit has even some toys and books for kids Unit has small portable fans which helped during weather spikes

Insects available and could be normal in the area, suggest installing insects traps outside and inside and suggest installing mosquitos net in the door or windows

Perfect stay in a loverly apartment with the family.

-Easy contact with the host. He was very accomodating. -Perfect layout of the accomodation for a week's stay with the family with a seperate kitchen, bathroom and parent bedroom. The kids slept on an enormous couch that folded into a bed and they were happy to go to bed each day. -Nice environment.

Beatuful property with fantastic view

Super clean and spotless. The property is newly refurbished and done well. Beautiful views from the window and balcony. Apartment is cared to every little detail. Nespresso coffee machine with a lot of capsules, tea, fruit. It was very nice to find toast bread, butter and jam for breakfast and welcome drinks: beer for us and juice for the kids. It made us feel very welcome! Daniela is a very nice host, she explained us how everything worked and gave us a lot of tips on local restaurants and other. Apartment is well equipped with everything one might need for cooking. Would love to return one day!

The property was perfect! We are a family of 5 with 1 teenager and 2 little girls. Very good location, accommodation was exceptionally comfortable and clean and very well furnished. Great Studio for a short stay with a lovely view and great hosts!

it was a great location with an amazing view from the studio! Also Martin & Daniela we’re lovely hosts and created a warm welcome. All the extra’s provided with the studio were also very much appreciated!

Although there was plenty of storage for luggage, it would have been great even better if there would have been an actual place to put my suitcase.
