The continental breakfast included was excellent. the host was very helpful and friendly and answered all questions we had promptly. The location was excellent and suited my requirements for an overnight accommodation near Perth for a medical hospital appointment.
The bathroom was very basic and a fixed heater and shaving mirror would be a useful addition

Good location for our trip. Relaxed & generous breakfast which added to the tempo of the place & sense of getting to know the area.

Such a cute little spot, every little details is thought about. I was in the sunflower room and it felt like its own little cottage. Shelley and the doggies are so welcoming too. Free spot to park. Walking distance to beach, shops, pubs and cafes.
If I was a traveller the wifi isn’t great and the next doors bathroom fan is pretty loud at night. But I simple asked them to turn it off and was sorted.
Place is a gem.

There were two other people having breakfast at the same time and I had one piece of their toast as no toast was made available to me.
