The staff was very nice. The rooms were immaculately clean!!
There was no blanket for the bed and no bedside lamp to be able to read with. They also need a bath mat for safety when stepping out of the shower

Good parking, garden is like a little paradise in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Rooms are small but clean. Stayed for one night after arriving late and heading out to the east coast the next day. Did not book the breakfast so cannot comment on that.
There are no shops or restaurants close by.

The room was cute, the bathroom nice but the shower could be much better. It was also nice to have 2 small bottles of water — the owner is a very lovely person. The location is weird. They should have a few drinks / snacks for sale for example and less bugs. Many properties in Punta Cana make sure to spray the area to avoid mosquitoes and else … The rest of the stuff was a bit weird and didn’t speak English. Also there is absolutely nothing around and it looks like it’s not even safe to step outside.
The location and some of the stuff For that price I stayed in hotels in US that are way way higher quality. Punta Cana is overpriced and not that great even at resorts.
