Location! Location! Location! The house is right at the edge a cliff, facing the sea. You can enjoy the view, the noise, the smell of the sea every moment of your stay. It is an understatement to say it's spectacular, seriously. Daniele, the host, was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Access to the beach is not direct, but it's just steps away. I booked both houses for a holiday with friends, so we didn't share anything with strangers. Two couples with 2 & 1 kids, we fitted perfectly with sofa beds in the living rooms. We had pretty much everything we needed, cutlery and crockery including potato peelers (yes, we cook on holidays as well), colander, big wooden cutting board. Left overs from previous occupants was a nice touch, there was salt, vinegar, olive oil, coffee pods. The external shower have hot water as well. One more thing that is very important to me, you can go for a deep in the sea at any time of the day, literally. In the middle of the night there are families with little kids, torches and towels, enjoying the water. It's crazy. I can carry on with the things I liked non stop. It's certainly was more than I expected, way more.

The property is in desperate need of maintenance. Pretty much every socket was hanging loose. Some doors and some windows need repairing (they do work through). The shower box needs a deep clean with Viacal, the water is very heavy. The access through the gate is challenging, the road is on a slope, not too steep but the turn is very tight. I will advise against renting a big car, the roads are very narrow and twisty. I wouldn't share the property with strangers, but that's just me I guess. No doubt the plus overweight the minus, and I would be more than happy to book again.

-Die ruhige Lage mit dem tollen Meerblick von der Terrasse aus - echt schön! -Die große Terrasse oben auf dem Dach - toller Blick aufs Meer, mit Liegen und überdachtem Tisch. - Man hört in der Wohnung das Meer rauschen, super zum Einschlafen. -Checkin und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter haben problemlos funktioniert. -Ausstattung der Küche war ausreichend vorhanden.

Wir hatten die hintere Wohnung: -Das Mobiliar war teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem in der Küche (Feuchtigkeit in manchen Schränken), teilweise muffliger Geruch. - Nicht sauber! Die Schränke mußten wir selber reinigen, waren noch staubig und nicht frisch gereinigt. -Sobald die Fenster zu sind, bildet sich ein feucht-modriger Geruch im Raum... Allerdings kann man die Fenster nachts auch nicht auflassen, da es keinen Moskitoschutz gibt - dieser wäre wirklich wünschenswert. -Die Möbel wirken zusammengewürfelt und ohne klares Konzept. Vor allem die Möbel auf der Terrasse passen kein bisschen zueinander und sind teilweise schon kaputt (die Liegen lösen sich bereits auf). -Das Bett war unbequem, die Matratze auf der linken Seite stark durchgelegen. -Im Apartment ist es etwas dunkel. Das Meer sieht man nur von einem Fenster aus. Also wenn dann besser die vordere Wohnung nehmen!
