La posizione in pieno centro storico, che però ha i suoi contro. La disponibilità del titolare.
La difficoltà di raggiungere l’alloggio con i bagagli. Anche il taxi non può arrivare sotto il portone, trovandosi in zona a traffico limitato.

Posizione. Presenza della lavatrice.
Pulizia poco accurata. Lenzuola lise, asciugamani sfilacciati. Materasso con macchie molto evidenti. Doccino con muffa e muffa nel lavandino del bagno. Cartelli con indicazioni scritti in caratteri piccoli e attaccati in alto.
