Были небольшие сложности с замком, двери под номером 2 мы не нашли)), и квартира находится скорее на втором, а не на первом этаже🙂, сначала мы ломились в квартиру на первом этаже, как сказано в описании🙈

Posizione centrale e comoda. Appartamento ampio e ben suddiviso, con stanze “vere” come una “vera” casa!

Abbiamo avuto un problema al momento dell’arrivo (non si apriva il portone), subito risolto con una telefonata.

Tutto: la posizione, l'arredamento e lo stile della pittura alle pareti, che ricorda la decorazione della cattedrale, gli spazi ampi e funzionali, l'equipaggiamento completo... c'era persino il prodotto decalcificante x l'acqua della macchina del caffè! Noi eravamo in 3 amiche ma va benissimo x una famiglia di 4.

The flat definitely has one advantage: its location in the city center, although this can also be a disadvantage because there is a lot of noise late in the evening due to the nearby restaurants. It is big enough for four people, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The Wi-Fi worked great.

There are many more disadvantages than advantages. Communication with the host definitely needs improvement. Forget about checking in earlier than the indicated time — the code starts working exactly at check-in time. You are also asked to pay the local tax in advance, along with an additional transfer fee. No tax, no code. Additionally, you are asked to provide a whole set of photos, including one with both your ID and your face visible in the same picture, which felt strange. I have travelled to Italy many times, and no one has ever asked me to do this before. IDs yes, but ID close to your face as picture no. 3 NEVER! Forget about the possibility of leaving your luggage if you depart later. Instead, you are offered a 15% discount at one of the available luggage storage places. The code to open the door requires Wi-Fi, which is not available near the entrance. (3G, 4G etc is not working) Overall: the flat was okay, but the host was below expectations. Never again.
