Su buena distribución de los espacios y ubicación. Puedes preparar alimentos y ahorrar varios euros. Es un departamento pequeño y confortable.
Si tuvieran un smart TV se podría ver un poco de Netflix y el sofá cama podría mejorar, no es muy cómodo para dormir.

There bedroom-part of the apartment was a bit smelly due to humidity, or sth. else from the water pipes. It made it rather uncomfortable to sleep. One had to sleep with open windows with the street noise.
