The person managing the property did a perfect job. Uncomplicated check-in and flexible / super quick reaction with spontaneous additional requests and guest cards. The flat was not too spacious but nice. The door to the living room can be closed, so it almost feels like an extra room. Kitchen is equipped with the most important things.
Beds were quite hard, not too comfortable. The view from the balcony is not too nice, as the flat is on the ground floor. The upstairs neighbors were quite sensitive, asking us to be quiet at 22:30 on a Friday night when we only played some board games (laughing, etc.) but were not excessively loud.

Spacious apartment
Spacious, clean apartment. Comfortable beds. We'll equipped kitchen. Good ski and boot storage. Stand up shower over bath. Enough hanging space. Separate living and dining areas
The check in arrangements were not clear to us. Some of this may have been lost in translation but we did not get off to a good start. The information about guest names and ages which I provided did not find their way to the concierge. The check in information needs to say, "24 hours before you arrive please provide to the concierge (SMS xxxxxxx/ or email) the names and ages of each of the guests plus the address of the Booker." Further it would be helpful if credit cards could be accepted for additional charges. We had two additional guests and the additional charges (people, linen, tax, parking) came to 346 CHF. We had to go to an ATM. There was only one towel rack in the bathroom.

Enttäuschend.
Lage und Austattung ist gut.
Check-In war miserabel. In der Buchungsbestätigung hiess es ab 16:00 Uhr. Wir waren um diese Zeit Vorort, die zuständige Person kam jedoch erst um 18:15 Uhr, solange mussten wir auf den Schlüssel warten. Für die Wartezeit wurde uns die Schuld gegeben. Geschirr war zum Teil dreckig (Bsp. Backofen-Bleche noch Essensreste darauf). Mussten trotz zwei Gästen die Krank waren und somit nicht anreisen konnten Bettwäsche für diese bezahlen (25.- pro Person). Hauswart sehr unfreundlich, würde diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.
