Perfect for a ski weekend!

Great apartment, poor communication

The apartment itself is very nice. The two bedrooms are nice and comfortable, and with storage and hanging space for clothes. The bathroom looks very new, and apart from the poorly designed black toilet, we enjoyed it. Kitchen has all the bare necessities, and there's enough space to cook something simple. Great balcony, which is facing the street - so it's a bit noisy, but not too bad. Easy walk to and from restaurants, buses and bars.

The communication with the hosts was not the easiest. The first e-mails we received were very long and it wasn't clear what part of the e-mail was general information, and what part was important (such as code to the keybox). With every question asked, the e-mail just kept getting longer and longer, and that didn't help. The biggest annoyance, however, was that we have booked a parking space in the building, and informed the hosts beforehand that we were arriving in an SUV. They apparently checked that it would be OK, but apparently not thoroughly enough. After having made it to the car elevator, that took you down to the garage, we got stuck because the car was too big. It would have been easier if they would have considered criteria beforehand, and been able to communicate it clearly. We missed a half day's skiing because of the mess with the parking garage.

נהנינו מהדירה אבל מאד לא נהנינו מהקשר אל בעלי הבית כי אי אפשר לתקשר איתם כלל וכלל.

הדירה הייתה טובה ונקיה החיסרון שאין תאורה מספקת בסלון המיקום הוא מצוין קרוב לתחנות אוטובוס מיטות נוחות.

הקשר עם בעלי הדירה הייתה למטה מכל ביקורת! שלחנו כמה וכמה מיילים בתקופה שלפני ההגעה עם שאלות לגבי הדירה ולא הייתה שום התייחסות, פשוט לא ענו למיילים, ובימים האחרונים שלחתי שוב ושוב מיילים כדי שנדע איפה תהיה המפתח ולא ענו כלל, חשבתי שאולי כשנגיע מישהו יחכה לנו שם, למעשה הגענו לדירה ולא היה שם אף אחד ונשארנו חצי שעה למטה עם המזוודות מבלי שנוכל להיכנס לבית והיינו אובדי עצות, בסוף ריחם עלינו אחד מבעלי החנויות למטה והתקשר לבעלי הבית והם אמרו לו איפה המפתח. חפשנו אם הנחתם בדירה כרטיס אורח כי לפני חודש מילאנו כבר את הקישורית ששלחתם אילינו ולא היה. כשחזרנו הביתה ראינו ששלחתם מייל כמה שעות לפני הטיסה על מיקום המפתח, אז אני שואל למה חיכיתם עד הרגע האחרון? והשארתם אותנו עד אחרי הרגע האחרון שכבר לא היינו ליד מייל, גם מילאנו את הקישורית ששלחתם לנו בשביל כרטיסי אורח והודעתי לכם על זה, ואתם באותו יום שהגענו עוד שואלים אותנו אם מלאנו את הטופס!!!

Tolles Skiwochenende in komfortabler Wohnung

Die Unterkunft war mitten im Dorf. Zentral gelegen zu allen Bergbahnen und direkt vor einer Bushaltestelle. Trotzdem ruhig und sehr komfortabel. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht.

Brosse WC sale, wifi très moyen, housse de couette déchirée, pas d'info sur les poubelles, manque d'ustensiles ( presse agrumes), manque sopalin et linge de cuisine, éponge utilisé

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und deshalb gut. Die Wohnung ist groß

Keine Information betreffend Parkmöglichkeiten. Trotz bestätigter Ankunftszeit und pünktlicher Ankunft Vermieter/Agentur nicht erreichbar. Kaffemaschine kaputt, trotz Meldung kein Austausch. Reinlichkeit sehr verbesserungswürdig. Service bei der Geschirrspülmaschine überfällig. Wohnung war bei der Ankluft sehr kalt (bei Außentemperaturen von ca -5 Grad). Es dauert mehrere Tage bis die Heizkörper für ca 21 Grad Raumtemperatur ausreichen. Der elektrische Ofen im Wohnzimmer ist mehr ein umweltunfreundliches Gimmick als ein effektiver Ofen.
