In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Grocery 200 m, supermarket, shopping centre 150 m, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, railway station 2 km, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 400 m, mountain railway 1.5 km, ski lift 1.5 km, chair lift 1.5 km, cross country ski track 400 m. Nearby attractions: Kongresszentrum 200 m.
