A great hotel with a central location. Very good for winter (or summer).

Good central location, there is a pool and spa (though we did not use it). Jakobshorn is a 10 min walk. Bus stops for Parsenn/Rienerhorn are 2 min walk. Schazalpbahn is also 2 min walk. Staff were friendly and spoke excellent German and English. Especially worth mentioning the older gentleman who was guiding newcomers at the car park. He was super nice and thought of mentioning of him! Our flat was just the right size for a family of 4. The bunk beds in the lounge are very creatively designed. Rather than a sofa-cum-bed, they go inside the cupboard. A very elegant solution. TV is rather small, but is sufficient considering we were rarely in the flat. Kitchen is well-equipped for a family of 4. Dishwasher and a filter coffee machine is provided.

Ski rooms are not locked or under surveillance. We did not have any theft, but wanted to mention it if you own brand new/very expensive equipment (I don't). Also, someone was smoking in the ski room pretty much every day and it smelt really bad. Considering this is an underground area with no ventilation, the hotel should explicitly state that this a non-smoking area.

Decent facilities, good location, small balcony in the room.

Expect nothing - everything is extra. They make you pay for cheap basic items including toilet paper. I was not expecting luxury, but having to go to the supermarket to buy a toilet paper that was not provided by the hotel (well, you can *buy* one in the hotel) is quite absurd for me.

Kitchen was not well stocked. No knife or dish detergent. Coffee machine but no filters. With just a few minor extras it would be a great place to stay.

Appartment is very cozy and well located. Beds are comfortable, enough space in wardrobes, big balcony, 2 toilettes and shower had good water pressure. Very good located, nice staff and very good quality/price relationship. They even put a Nespresso coffee machine after we asked for it!

The only thing I would say is that the kitchen was not well equipped. The appartment had capscity for 6 persons and there were only 4/5 glasses, plates, cutlery...at the moment we used, either we had to clean them manually or we automatically had nothing to drink or eat. Also no soap to clean in the kitchen or in the bathroom; it would be great to have a minimum so that all these amenities should not have to be bought. This is not the appartment's fault but we were sorrounded by noisy neighbours, arguing at 4 in the morning, shouting all time and moving between appartments...

It was very convenient. Location is very good! Very close to the bus stop and 2 stops From Jakabshorn. We stayed for 8 nights and unfortunately the kitchen was poorly equipped. For just a little more effort, they could have had more kitchen dishes, plates and other basics to Help you cook for a whole week.

trotz kleiner Einschränkungen sehr zu empfehlen

Personal war wirklich sehr nett, freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Super zentrale Lage. Sehr gutes Haus und Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Wir waren ganz zufrieden und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Dass man vor Abreise von 4-Stern-Apartment von den Gästen erwartet, die Bettwäsche abzuziehen und die Müllsäcke selbst zum Mülldepot zu bringen. Dass man vor Abreise das Geschirr selbst von Hand gewaschen und getrocknet zurück im Schrank versorgen soll. Das ist aber unhygienisch und seit Corona nicht empfohlen. das Geschirr sollte vor Gästewechsel vom Vermieter in Geschirrspülmaschine gewaschen worden sein. Die Küchen-Einrichtung ist recht bescheiden. Guter Kühlschrank.

Heerlijk verblijf in compacte studio

Wij hadden de studio voor twee personen. Het was een fijne studio, waarbij het bed uit een kast wordt uitgeklapt, er waren twee losse bedden (maar sliep heerlijk!). Rustige omgeving, dichtbij het centrum. Kleine keuken zonder oven (de grotere appartementen hebben wel een oven), maar met waterkoker, koffiemachine en twee kookpitten. Heerlijk balkon om in het zonnetje te kunnen zitten. Handdoeken, theedoek, afwasmiddel en spons waren inbegrepen. Badkamer was fijn, goede douche. Appartement was heel schoon.

We waren in het laagseizoen dus konden geen gebruik maken van het hotel zwembad/wellness. We verbleven een week en er werd tussendoor niet schoon gemaakt of handdoeken verwisseld (dat laatste kon tegen meerprijs bij de receptie). Het is wel lekker als dat na 3-4 dagen gedaan wordt.
