9/10. Would stay again. Mostly great, all main features were enjoyed
Great open plan kitchen, lounge and dinning area with lots of natural light and view of the fishing harbour and boats. In the front line of the harbour. Good size bathrooms, 2 full bathrooms and ensuite which was great for travelling with kids. Comfortable couch and beds. Well kitted out kitchen and the wood fire in the lounge was a pleasure to have. Only a short walk up the street to the local pub, The Admiral’s and a similar walk to the local supermarket/general store. Welcome basket on arrival with local snacks, biscuits and crisps.
Water pressure was low for kitchen and bathrooms and had to wait between showers for water to warm up again. Wifi was a bit weak and kept dropping out. Only one old frying pan with worn out non stick made frying not so easy.

Excellent equipped, cosy and quiet holiday house, very friendly owners with a very good taste. Comfortable beds, beautiful view on harbour and Sea. Public transport to Elgin, Dufftown, Inverness and Aberdeen suffient for hiking trips, shopping and whiskey tasting tours
