Lovely and clean. Very spacious. Great location.

No dishwasher, taps and toilets loose in a couple of the rooms.

Firstly had issue with parking permits none left after reading guest book seemed it was a common experience . The management team for the property were helpful and had to find 24 hr parking and send in receipts to be be refunded . Which we have been . But would be better to have parking permits were there as advertised as make unloading and loading car easier .

Great location, comfortable accommodation.

Stains on mattress and duvet in king size room first floor. Couldn't use oven because it was filthy this caused problems when cooking food.

The hall way carpet is very stained. The kitchen in the basement had a damp smell masked by bleach, and was not well equipped for a weekend away. The property hadnt been cleaned properly. The attic room had sanding dust on the skirting boards. Damp on the wall. The beds needed tightening. The shower screen on the 1st floor bathroom was hanging off, we had to fix it. No soap in any of the bathrooms. Tea and coffee wasn’t provided when it said it was. There was no parking permits which there should have been 2. The bed side tables and bed frames had dust and muck on them.
