Excellent cottage, we want to come back!
House was lovely. Clean, well decorated, nice rooms, great layout
Upstairs shower was a bit confusing to use, but there were plenty of other baths/showers there

Great location & size for our family group.
Great location for local walks. Lovely sized rooms for larger family groups.
Stairs very creaky so if staying in downstairs bedroom you may be disturbed if others are using stairs during the night.

Perfect for family celebrations.
It was an ideal location, close to the M1. Many places to visit around the Matlock area and good walks from the cottage door .

Great family get together in a beautiful home
Great sized kitchen and large dining table. Lots of cutlery and crockery. Bedrooms all good- 3 double and two twin. Although not an issue for us, great that there is a downstairs bedroom and shower room. Lovely wood burning in lounge- great for the evenings

Smart and well-located cottage
Roomy, clean and well-presented. Great kitchen, living room and great position - with views and walks. Terrific location, peaceful, easy to get to things. Super comfy beds, and great to have parking for 4 cars. Had a smart feel. Good sized rooms.
We were confused by both the showers! Including a third one (just a standard one) in the en suite would be a great idea.

I think it would be good to have a second TV in the kitchen /dining area It was a bit awkward trying to agree on what to watch with 10different people of 3 generations sitting in the same room also some wanting to play games on the TV🥹

Great location and property for our wider family to meet up and celebrate
Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Great location with access to some nice walks. Lots of socializing space in the property for 2 families . All rooms were a good size.
Small niggle about bins - would have liked some means to gather stuff for recycling in the property but really it’s a tiny point. Great property!!
