Orchard Cottage 5 bedrooms

Very spacious and nicely decorated plenty of indoor seating . Lots of cutlery and crockery. Plenty of cups,glasses etc.

Couldn't open door in kitchen, kitchen under cabinet lights not working,extractor fan lights not working making the kitchen dark without putting the main lights on. Very squeaky stairs and landing. Lack of soft close toilet seats. When opening doors and windows the inner frames were dirty. Not enough seating outside and broken bench on the lawn. Outbuilding scruffy in the fact there was no door on it. There needs to be a bigger name sign on the front of the cottage. All the window frames require treating as a matter of aesthetics and maintenance . Front gate latch useless.

Really nicely kept cottage, loads of space, lovely area, perfect for the break we wanted.

Cottage was bigger than expected providing lots of room for everyone Kitchen was well equipped including two fridges and a separate freezer Stunning views from property Walking distance to two local pubs Host left tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuit's and cake for arrival a lovely touch. Great host to communicate with.

Really minor, broom to sweep kitchen floor and placemats for table Bigger sign nearer to road despite clear directions we all missed it.

Amazing cottage, beds are so comfortable, perfect location. Log burner was a treat. Very clean. Will definitely be returning. Host was very tentative and quick to reply. Good price

Dogs barking behind the cottage at night. Stairs were a bit creaky.
