Great apartment 10min walk to the center !

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the port. Very welcoming and clean. It has a small balcony in the bedroom and above the apartment there is a large terrace with a barbecue. Two air conditioners. Two smart TVs. Fully equipped kitchen, large fridge. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. It is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

If just to be picky, its on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

Inviting apartment, with enough space and everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped. Small but efficient bathroom. The apartment has a small balcony, the terrace is one floor up and shared. The BBQ works great. The location is perfect for exploring Kavala. Very friendly host.

Parking is a bit of a nightmare, as the apartment does not come with a parking space. So you need to look in the surrounding streets for a parking spot and hope to not get a ticket.

Great place to stay in Kavala, excellent value for money!

-Perfect location in the quiet street in 5-6min walking distance to the city center -Very comfortable bed (very important for a pregnant women like myself) -Well equipped (laundry machine, hair dryer, TVs..) -Two air conditioners (huge plus) -Hygiene was impeccable - A lot of free parking in front of the building - Supermarket and bakery shop in closest vicinity - Smooth and easy communication with the host

I didn’t like the fact that our towels and bed sheets were changed only once during our 12-day stay. I would recommend this rule to be changed, especially in the summer. We used the washing machine several times, however it was really noisy, so it should definitely be replaced. Anyhow, all the above mentioned didn’t spoil our stay :)

Exceptional

Apartment furniture was new and had all facilities needed, clean and comfortable. Location not exactly central but close (10-15 minutes walking distance from centre and restaurants by the sea).

Host was very nice and willing to help but communication was a bit harder beacuse his English was not very good. Great guy though.. View from the tiny balcony was towards inner yard and other balconies

We had a very nice stay in this place! The apartment was everything we were looking for: it was very clean, comfortable and it had more than enough space for the three of us and the location was perfect as it is in the city centre. The host was very helpful. We recommend the place!

Perfect place with great location.

The location was great! Perhaps August is kind of a hot month for visitors, but as long as you’re going there for the beach it’s fine. Kavala has some interesting things to see but the beauty is outside the city. The host has left a map at the apartment with some good restaurants and bars so there are good choice to be made.

No inside parking. Everyone drives like crazy on these small streets and it’s kind of disturbing to park like the normal people on the streets.

Piso céntrico, pequeño no es igual que la descripción

Lo unico que nos gustó la ubicación pero para aparcar es muy complicado.

No me gusto que el salón es de paso con el dormitorio y tampoco tiene puerta para la cocina. Para 4 adultos es muy incómodo el piso. El sofá cama es incómodo para que duerman 2 adultos. Parking no hay, el dueño nos encontró un sitio para aparcar pero no teníamos que mover el coche. Apañado pero nada que ver con la descripción en booking Terraza con barbacoa no tienes en el piso, ni siquiera nos ha ofrecido que podamos usar esta terraza.

Konumu çok iyi. Sahile çok yakın bir yerdesiniz. Kostas müthiş bir insan. Her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Ev çok güvenli. 3 ayrı anahtarla eve giriliyor. Park konusunda Kostas yardımcı oluyor. Ama bazı zamanlarda yan ya da arka sokağa bırakmanız gerekebilir.

Sofa yatak biraz daha konforlu olabilir. Ufak bir şey ama mutfakta bir iki malzeme olabilirdi (mesela tuz 🙂)

Чудові апартаменти у центрі Кавали. Все необхідне є поряд: супермаркет, різноманітні кафе, пекарні, магазини. Всі визначні місця у пішому доступі. Чисте помешкання, в якому є все необхідне. Дуже привітний господар Mr.Kostas. Допоміг знайти місце паркування, притримав для мене, поки я робила коло на авто )

3-й поверх без ліфта. Може бути незручно для літніх людей.
