A wonderful New Year

We had a very good experience here. Very clean and cozy environment, vith everything you need. We had a very nice surprise, a cake with a coin for the New Year.The location is perfect, close to the center, and most importantly,there is a free parking space. We highly recommend it.

Very nice and quite place in Kavala

Very efficient communication with owner, giving detailed information for keys and parking. The private parking place just under apartment is a real advantage. It is close to city center and harbour.

A microwave would be a real plus in the well-equipped kitchen

Not comfortable

except that it is almost close to a main street with many shops.

didn't like many things! In 5 days I moved the car 6 times, each time they told me to park it in a different place, once when parking the car got stuck from below and tore a rubber boot!! The owner was irresponsible about nothing in particular! His apartment lacks more attention such as cleanliness and comfort, beds for children SOFAS - uncomfortable!! There is no TV other than local Greek, old TVs are not Smart, the children were not happy. Cupboards full of leftover food from previous people, no washing machine inside, microwave, etc. I will definitely not visit it again.

The shower was great! Check in and check out was very easy. Nice walk into the centre.

The bed springs are a bit hard, but just personal preference.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, professionally managed accommodation

The property was spotlessly clean as it has just been fitted out. The hostess reponded to my commkunications very promptly. The studio is quiet clean comfortable and cosy as described. Wifi is quite fast. Comfortable bed. It is located centrally, albeit on a hill, close to the ferry and bus station

It was clean and nice as long as you don’t look in the window, go to balcony or dare to lay on the bed.

Is that moment when in the morning your body tells you precisely how many springs the mattress had. Fan fact, not that many, 27 to be exact. Perhaps owner has many rooms, the one I got in, didn’t match the pictures presented. Attached photo of the view from the balcony.

Apartment is ideal for two people on a budget. Clean, with parking and friendly hosts. Excellent location to walk into city centre and enjoy the atmosphere of Kavala. Great choice of places to eat. Many beaches nearby, only 10 minutes away by car.

Superb

Very spacious apartment, completed with all you could need, with 3!! terraces. Helpful host, give us a lot of info where to go, she prepared water, juice and some biscuits to our arrival, it was very kind and pleasant. Quite good location at the end of big shopping street leading to the very center of Kavala. Small supermarket and coffee spot right around the corner.

You need to go up the hill returning to the apartment, it could be difficult for elder people and babies. But the taxi from the center costs just 3-4Eu.

Clean and comfortable room. You can ask Ismini for everything you need. There is a good corner coffe house 40 meters near to Isminis house as well as a mini market. You can walk to the center of the town in 7-10 minutes. There is a free private parking area always available.
