Virtually nothing. I suppose the town and general area is very pleasant but that has nothing to do with the property itself, but there are other places to stay in town so go elsewhere if you value your sanity.

No kitchen or living space despite these being explicitly listed and the listing included photos on the carousel suggesting there was. Same with the parking- private parking on site doesn't exist as listed so please be advised you have to pay 20 Euros extra per day to park in the public car park which is not that close to the property. We booked and paid for a triple as we wanted more than one bed, but were given a double. We left immediately and rebooked elsewhere. When I complained to the owner/host- she was rude, unreasonable and refused to acknowledge the many problems with misleading the way the property was listed and the failure to provide the triple we'd paid extra for instead pointing to hidden details in the small print to justify her position, rather than acknowledging that the overall impression was highly misleading. The owner then made an unsubstantiated threat to bring legal action against me despite the fact that all I did was point out my consumer rights and indicate an intent to escalate my complaint through formal channels. I have now escalated the complaint with Booking.com who have acknowledged and agreed with the many problematic elements I identified but the owner/ host has still refused to process a refund despite pressure from Booking.com to do so. I note some of the misleading elements on the listing have now been removed (no listings for the kitchen and living space, but the photo on the carousel of photos still shows these existing) which is an admission of sorts by the owner/host that she was in the wrong about this without actually saying so, however others such as the indication there is private parking at the property still remain. I have had to have several rounds of emails and phone calls with Booking.com to try to resolve this amicably however as the owner/host has refused to pay the refund I have now had to request a chargeback from my credit card provider.

The bed was the best and the host was exceptional!

Just a short walk from the centre, very clean, comfortable large bed and fabulous hot shower. Sabina very helpful and provided parking with shuttle info, details of local tourist attractions including Villa Rufolo - breathtaking - and good local restaurants. Perfect for us just staying one night. Thank you for a lovely stay Sabine.

Nothing to dislike - very good value for money

The person in charge Sabrina was a gem and VERY helpful. Booking.com double booked us but she helped us take care of the matter even though we were originally booked and stayed at the first hotel we booked. We did not get to Stay at this location but would definitely do so based on how kind and attentive the host was.

Amazing location, 5 mins walk from the main square, the staff were great, friendly and welcoming making us free very welcome
