Lovely apartment just five minute drive from the town centre.

The property is in a good location just a five minute drive from the centre of Sibenik. Host was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us to our rooms and explained where everything was located. Gave us advice on what to do and where to go to fully enjoy Sibenik. The apartment is well furnished with good size accommodation. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.. highly recommended..

Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere

Do yourself a favour and do not book this place. Read the bad reviews, believe me it is not an exaggeration. We were 2 couples. The twin beds had 4 layers of chair long cushions!! As the owner said it was to make the bed comfortable as the mattresses were bad (then get new beds, you don’t layer pool side chair cushions!). We decided to take them out as it was very uncomfortable, and to our surprise, the mattress underneath had BUGS, were super dirty, really disgusting! 🤮 So we went to check the double bed, and we found spider webs with spiders all over the bed, underneath the mattress. There were more spider webs throughout the apartment, and we found a baby cockroach. So we called the owner, whose English is very poor so she called her daughter Anita to speak on the phone with us, and we explained we wanted to leave because there were no conditions for us to sleep in there. They were embarrassed and very apologetic and agreed to cancel with refund. So this was 9pm and we left the house looking for another apartment to stay (which we found the best one: apartment Tonka really recommend this one!) So I requested the cancellation with refund and they DECLINED! And here we are. Please note there isn’t a leaving room to hangout, it’s all rooms a kitchen and a table in the patio. Stay at your own risk, but I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

It was good choice

Silvana is great person, the room was clean. Kitchen and bathroom is new. It was just great and we are looking forward to come next time. T&B

There is nothing bad about this place. Its little bit far from beach but nothing terrible you can take uber or just go on nice walk and in 10 minutes your on the beach.

Everything was perfect!

Silvana and Anita were suuuper friendly and welcoming!! They did everything so we had a perfect comfortable stay. One morning Silvana made us fresh lemonade and put it on the balcony, very sweet! The Apartment was perfect, very clean, a lot of space and a super big balcony!

Logement fonctionnel mais pas assez bien entretenu. On mange , on dort et c'est tout.

les échanges avec l'hôte étaient très bien. l'emplacement pour nos vacances était central.

L'appartement n'a pas de séjour et pas de canapé. La pièce principale est une pette cuisine. La propreté est à revoir. Très peu de finition dans le bricolage ( câble électrique qui pendent , prise electrique sort du mur, etc.) Cela mériterait deux jours de bricolage pour réparer tout ça, c'est dommage.

Bonne adresse pour visiter Sibenic et les environs

Silvana nous a très bien accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et sont appartement est conforme a la description, la terrasse est top et le quartier très calme. La proximité du centre ville est appréciable aussi avec quelques commerces a quelques minutes a pieds

Au niveau propreté c'était correct mais la cuisine, WC et les miroirs n'étaient pas très clean. Le grand lit était trop mou a notre goût.

Fantastyczne miejsce

Pani Silvana (właścicielka) była fantastyczna, bardzo miła, wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczyła, nawet poleciła nam kilka miejsc do odwiedzenia podczas pobytu! Apartament przestronny, czysty, pokoje całkiem duże, w każdym pokoju była klimatyzacja, co było ważne, bo temperatury potrafią być wysokie. Były ręczniki, papier, mydło, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona z lodówką (brakowało tylko mikrofali), nawet ekspres do kawy kapsułkowy był, razem z kapsułkami. Dwie łazienki, jedna z prysznicem. Duży taras, prywatny parking, wszystko czego potrzeba było zapewnione. Dobre wifi. Chętnie będziemy w to miejsce wracać!
