Beautiful mornings in any kind of weather. New deck and dock, only 7 minutes to fast water. This home is perfect for 2 or can easily sleep 8. Ideal for couples. 2 Kings and 2 Queens is bed set up. The backyard has a beautiful water view, spacious hot tub overlooking the bay. Very quiet neighborhood. Open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen. Master has a curbless shower for easy access. Place was amazing, wasn’t expecting such a perfect house and location. Kristi and Jules thought of everything. Paddle boards, life jackets etc. I had a few questions during our stay and Kristi responded super fast. This will go down as our Best VRBO trip to date. Such a great vibe in this little bay. You can’t go wrong with this location.

This is a top 3 all-time vacation rental for my family and I. The home was very nice with a great layout, stylish decor, and a large and inviting deck on the water that included hot tub. Kristi was responsive to anything we needed and the home had everything we needed for cooking, eating, bathing, etc. There are quality paddle boards that we used to paddle around the bay and the weather was perfect every day. I came here for a family reunion knowing nothing about Discovery Bay, and we’re now talking about our next trip so that we can stay at Kristi’s again. I could not recommend this home enough.

kristi’s home was as described, peaceful and serene, right on the water. it was perfect for our family to stay when our original spot cancelled at the last minute. just as a note, the single fold out sleepers are small for adults to sleep in. we brought our own air beds as a substitute.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is nicer than it looks in photos. Partially covered deck has Ideal exposure with morning sun and afternoon shade. Composite decking was easy on the feet. Updated baths and gorgeous kitchen with Thermador range and easy to clean quartzite counters. The kids LOVED the hot tub (which we set to 92 degrees). Property management was very responsive. FIVE STARS!

Wonderful home, great host! My family really enjoyed themselves. The only drawback is for boaters and swimmers. The water in her bay was full of weeds no matter the tide. Being big boaters, swimmers and wave runner people this wouldn’t have worked for us if it was the only house we had rented this week. I don’t think the weeds are the owners fault though. I think the company that goes around discovery bay hacking the weeds did not do their job in her bay this year.

Fantastic little getaway

We booked this trip for a little vacation with another family and it couldn't have been more perfect. The place is beautiful and we didn't want to leave! There was plenty of space, with several bedrooms and very comfortable beds. We mainly relaxed in the living room, or went outside to catch a few fish. It was incredible to be so close to the water and just be in such a relaxing place. We left the house only once to grab a few things from the supermarket (only a 5 minute drive away), otherwise we had everything we needed. The host was incredibly welcoming (the house was well stocked too), and quickly responded whenever we had a question. Highly recommend staying here, we hope to be back in the future!

Family and friends thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home on the water. Perfect for young adults and young adults at heart. This home has plenty of space for parents, kids and friends with no kids. Beautiful new deck. Close to old fashioned tree rope swing and tons of fun on the water: a fisherman’s delight! The fish were actually jumping out of the water! Kristi was AMAZING! She was readily available for any questions we may have had and responded quickly! Check in was a breeze and online pics were true to what you see. House was very well stocked with spices, kitchen needs and cleaning supplies. We can’t wait to return!

House was very nice. We had a couple hiccups, to get into the house the access was not working, one of the bathrooms toilet had toilet paper left inside of it, some of the rooms had a weird smell to it, other then that the house was pretty much clean. The area the hot tub is in could use a sunshade so u can have a little more privacy from the neighbors. The bay is lovely that the house is located in if wanting to swim in the water might be a little difficult because at low tide a lot of the weeds are able to touch your body. Overall house was very lovely nice decor, lovely big open kitchen.

This was one of our favorite properties in Discovery Bay! Everything was perfect from check in to checkout. The house was nicely appointed and comfortable for our family that included a 4 year old! (Any younger you might have to child proof a bit more). Beds were comfy and it was nice having two Tv watching/ hangout areas! Kristi was responsive and great to work with. I left my bag there and they were so helpful in getting it back to me super fast! Highly recommend! We’re going back!

From the moment I messaged Kristi until our departure everything was perfect. This property has a great location in a quiet area of Discovery Bay. The house was better in person than pictures and description. A couple things I would like to add about the property: -Comes with a Kuerig coffee maker -Open floor plan for entertaining -Boat dock if you bring your boat -shampoos, lotions provides -PLENTY of sleeping room -TV/ media room with DVD’s -tons of seating inside and out We rented paddleboards for the week from CB’s Pontoon Rentals And they dropped/picked up for us. Great people! I will definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it!

Kristi was the best host I’ve worked with when renting from VRBO. Cable wasn’t working properly, but we reached out to her and she sent someone and resolved the issue within a couple of hours. The home was just as it was pictured. It was well stocked and was absolutely gorgeous. We liked that it was close to fast water for boating. We are definitely looking forward to coming back next summer!

Awesome place to stay. Whole house has been updated and kitchen is open concept with all the amenities and supplies you would need. Bathrooms are updated and clean and beds were comfy with nice sheets. Lots of cute details throughout house. Hot tub was set up and fun. House is 5 min from fast water and cove is quiet and you can see part of the sunset. Kristi the owner was easy to communicate with and instructions were simple and convenient. Great stay, would for sure come back.

We had a blast, even though it was cold and rainy. Such a beautiful view of bay. Kristi’s place is very well appointed and we were so comfortable there. Hopefully we left it as beautiful as it was we when we got there.
