About this house rental
### The Space
Escape to our beautiful 2,400 sq. ft. waterfront getaway, the perfect setting for creating lasting memories with family and friends. Your 3-bedroom, 3-bath home, complete with a spacious open loft, offers plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment.
Step out onto the large deck for private sunbathing, gather around the fire pit in the evening, or enjoy a meal cooked on the BBQ grill. With direct access to a safe, wide bay with no boat traffic, you can fish right from your private dock or simply float in the calm water.
Sleeping arrangements for up to 16 guests include:
* Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen sleeper sofa
* Guest Rooms: Guest Room #1 2 Queen Beds, Guest Room #2 1 Queen bed
* Open Loft: Bunk beds (upper Full bed, lower Full bed, twin size pull out)
For your entertainment, the home is packed with amenities:
* Indoor Fun: A big family room with an electric fireplace, foosball, shuffleboard, air hockey, and plenty of board games.
* Water Activities: We provide 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, a paddleboat, a floating island, and a handful of life jackets for adults and children.
* Comfort & Convenience: Enjoy Smart TVs with DirecTV in every room, wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen with both Keurig and regular coffee makers, and an iron and board. We provide all linens, towels, and toiletries to get you started.
### Guest Access
You will have full access to the entire home and all its amenities, including the backyard deck, private boat slip, and a cornhole court.
Please note, the garage is set up with games and water toys for your enjoyment and is not available for parking vehicles.
### The Neighborhood
Our home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from a shopping center with a Safeway, CVS, Chase Bank, and fast-food options. You'll also find a number of great wineries in the area, with one located just 3 miles away in Byron.
For boaters, you are just a quick 20-minute cruise out to Fast Water, giving you easy access to a world of sailing, water skiing, and boating adventures.
### House Rules
To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:
* Maximum of 16 overnight guests.
* Mandatory quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
* Large parties are not permitted.
* All personal events held at the home must conclude no later than 8 p.m.
* Pop-up tents, bounce houses, trampolines, slip-n-slides, and food trucks are strictly prohibited.
### Important Information
**Parking:** A maximum of 5 vehicles can be parked at the property: 3 in the driveway and 2 on the street in front of our home. Parking is not permitted in the garage or in front of any neighboring homes.
**Boats & Watercraft:** You are welcome to bring your own boat or jet skis and store them in our private boat slip. Your vessel must not be longer than 30 feet or wider than 9 feet. Please contact us for approval prior to booking if your vessel is larger. The host is not responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during your stay.

We enjoyed our weekend stay overall, the home was clean and the amenities were nice. A few things surprised us, though, that we wish had been mentioned in the listing. There are multiple exterior cameras around the property, and the thermostat is controlled remotely by the owners at all times, so any temperature change requires texting them. One other thing worth noting is the neighborhood itself, which was much noisier at night than we expected; late-night illegal racing, & illegal fireworks. Not the host’s fault, but it did surprise us for the area.

My daughter wanted a sleepover for her 16th birthday, so we rented this beautiful home. From Day 1, Rick was quick to respond. He was responsive before, during and after the trip. We had a couple small issues during our stay, and Rick was very responsive. My daughter and her friends had an amazing time! They used the pedal boat and kayaks and swam in the lake. They enjoyed the game room and made s’mores at night with the fire pit. As 16 year old girls do, they took plenty of pictures and made TikTok videos. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms worked well. My daughter said it was the best birthday ever! Thank you Rick and Jayme for letting us use your beautiful home.

Hosts Rick & Jayme were effective communicators and very friendly. I knew exactly what to expect, seamless entry process and checklists that brought up many things I would never even have thought about. Same lists were re sent to me the day before checkout, so that was easy and anxiety free!Great games, beautiful water views, and amenities literally around the corner, made the stay really special.Fabulous location, water breezes galore and plenty of shade. Hosts were understanding and accommodating to my needs as a disabled guest, which is vitally important to my ability to travel. Great experience- I highly recommend
