Stay: 3 nightsGuests: 9Communication with the host was non-existent for first 32 hours. Sleeping Arrangements: The listing states the house sleeps 12 with 4 queen bedrooms, 2 fold-outs, and a hideaway bed. No sheets provided for the fold-outs, leaving two guests with nowhere to sleep and no communication.Supplies & Cleanliness:•No bathroom trash liners were provided. This was both inconvenient and unhygienic.•Kitchen supplies were lacking—there were no pots or pans, and we had to boil pasta in the crock pot insert and the largest saucepan was 8 inches.•Trash bags were also in extremely short supply, with only 2 extras for both recycling and trash, for a 3-day weekend. Furniture Misrepresentation:The listing photos showed classic leather couches, but when we arrived, they had been replaced with high-sided velvet settees. My 85-year-old parents could not push off an armrest to get up so would not sit down. We were not notified. We left a full 24 hours early.

It's a perfect space to share with a large group of family and friends. The open living area is great, and the kitchen is well stocked with all the basic necessities for cooking, and entertaining. The deck is outstanding for entertaining and watching both the sun rise and sun set, and the standing heater is a bonus, especially for those chilly morning coffee clutches. Pet accommodations, too - also a bonus - but, no designated pet potty area on site, having to leash up and walk your pet(s) around the neighborhood isn't the most convenient, especially those early morning trips. Three bathrooms, with all the modern conveniences, definitely a plus! Especially when you have a household full of women. Sleeping accommodations, with four bedrooms, also great. But, Sleeping 12 is a stretch, more like 10. The host are great! They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and their constant communication was very much appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend if you're in need of a large space for all to be under one roof.

Lots to do with a water slide, kayaks, paddle boards and more! Very comfortable home. Everyone has a different idea of “well stocked” kitchen. It has dishes, etc but not amenities like aluminum foil, Tupperware, baggies , etc. Only hiccup was ants but we managed that. We enjoyed the stay and would for sure stay here again! We rented our ski boat from Joe and it was absolutely easy! Drop off and pick up at the dock. We had 7 teens and they LOVED everything. There’s a Safeway close by and a Discovery Bay Marinanis also close by. Everything you could need! Beautiful remodeled home and perfect layout for meals at home.

The property was as described. Well stocked with pretty much any needed items you may have forgotten....even a few fishing poles. Was perfect for the occasion and would definately return as well as highly recommend.

We gathered as a family for a wedding. The four bedrooms were perfect for our usage. Because of the wedding events we were not able to take advantage of the many entertainment amenities available at the house. It is in a neighborhood with close neighbors so if you intend it as a all night party house look elsewhere as that will not turn out well. If you want to have a great playhouse for family and/or friends during normal hours this is the spot !

There is a great open living space on the first floor, with an additional loft with a pool table for hosting your get together. The outdoor space was quaint as you overlook the marina. The entire property was clean and well cared for. I just wish we could have enjoyed our cigars since we were celebrating a wedding but were unable to due to the strict no smoking policy. Other than that, we had a great stay, thank you!

Robert and Brianna were so accommodating and saved our vacation! We previously booked another property and were told last minute their dock was not accessible. We’re so glad it worked out at the Delta Cabin. It was just as described, super clean, everything you need to enjoy your stay. The game room was a hit with our daughter, kayaking in the coves, bbqing at night, and fishing from the dock. We caught over 20 bass over our stay! We loved getting shade on the deck in the early evening to enjoy the view without getting baked in the sun. My daughter told us she wants to come back to Lake Cabin as she calls it! Great job on the remodel by the way. You’ll see us back real soon!

Our kids caught a fish right off the dock! They were so excited. We were wowed by the kitchen and the waterways. Get a boat and have fun driving it around. The owners were responsive and pleasant to work with.

This place was perfect and I’m so glad we rented it! The place was perfect for 4 families, we had age range from 4-67. The place was super cute, very clean, very spacious and we enjoyed every minute of our vacation. We also rented the pontoon boat that was available and enjoyed taking that out for the kids. Owners were super nice and responded fast. I will definitely be renting this place again for sure. 10/10

Decide to book the Delta Cabin as a last minute Father’s Day getaway with our four kids. So happy I did. The owner answered all my questions quickly. The location was perfect. The views being on the water where beautiful. Cabin was absolutely beautiful, clean & looked just like the pictures. The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our time. The cabin felt so safe, cozy & spacious. Our kids loved the upstairs game room. My husband loved his surprise. We are already wanting to rebook for a longer stay. Book the stay you won’t regret it.

My group and I were celebrating a birthday party here. The place itself was really beautiful and spacious. We really had a wonderful time. We only stayed 2 nights which was the main problem. I wish we could have stayed longer! All in all it was a great place, really nice location, and most of all really peaceful. Everyone in my group was really happy and enjoyed staying at here. I would definitely recommend this place, and would certainly stay here again in the future.

This cabin type home is laid out to be an easily maintained and cleaned rental. Open layout, all the necessities, plenty of room, with game room that had pool table, foosball, and big screen tv. The 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths were excellent and very clean. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, and most anything you might need. The deck overlooking the water was in excellent shape with some seating, bar b que and an outdoor heater. If there was anything that could make this place perfect, it would be to have a coffee pot/maker. A 1 cup Kerig machine is provided, with K-cups, but with as many people as this house can hold it would be most beneficial to have a coffee machine. Also, there is 1 outdoor heater but for the cold winter it wasn't enough. I'd suggest adding 1 or even 2 more outdoor propane heaters for the winter month rentals. But don't let that stop you from renting this property as it is pretty much Perfect!

This property was a perfect fit for my family! The loft was a bonus for the kids who spent nearly the entire time playing in it. There is no tub if you have little ones and the barn door to the upstairs bathroom lacked privacy, but we made it work! The view and deck are beautiful and I can’t wait to return this summer with our boat. Everything went super smooth and we never even needed to contact the owner. Robert was easy to work with leading up to our stay.

We visited with extended family for Thanksgiving 2021 and enjoyed our stay very much. Lot's of space in rooms and kitchen, pool table was certainly a plus too. Nice view from the deck on the water, even better than the pictures show. Great area for boating, rentals are possible at the Marina. Would stay again at some point in the future.
