We stayed 2 nights. Good location. Food was good. Breakfast options very less only veg option. Need improvement on breakfast.

We stayed at Mayura during our Coorg trip and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.
The biggest issue was that the property did not provide the level of comfort we expected for the price. The room and bathroom felt dated, and basic amenities such as the shower and hot water were not consistently satisfactory. Since we spent most of the day sightseeing, we expected the hotel to at least provide a comfortable place to relax and recharge, but that was not our experience.
The food was average overall, and vegetarian options were quite limited. We were also disappointed that soup was unavailable despite the cool weather, when it would have been a welcome addition to the menu. Overall, the dining experience did not meet our expectations.
Another area that needs improvement is customer service. We did not find the staff particularly welcoming or attentive, and interactions often felt indifferent rather than hospitable.
