My stay at this hotel in coorg was very disappointing. Basic facilities and amenities were either unavailable or below standard.

Room was too congested and unclean. The toilet was full of stains and bad odour. The bedsheets were full odf stains . Tv was not working. Wont recommend if you are looking for a descent stay.

Me and my wife booked a room for a two-night stay at Itsy Hotels Igloo Residency in May 2026 during our Coorg tour. We chose this hotel because it is associated with Treebo and we had generally positive expectations. The only positives were that the room was reasonably clean, the location was convenient, and the tariff was budget-friendly. Our experience with the hotel staff, however, was extremely disappointing. During our stay, we had an argument regarding complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was provided on the first day, but on the second day we were informed that it was not included. Since our booking details appeared to show breakfast availability, we asked for an explanation. Instead of receiving a clear explanation, we felt that our concerns were dismissed and we were blamed for raising the issue. We were told that many other guests were satisfied with their service and that our opinion did not matter. We were also asked to pay for the breakfast served on the first day, despite having been informed when it was served that it was complimentary. We were told to raise complaints wherever we wanted. The amount involved was very small. Our concern was never the money. We simply wanted a proper and consistent explanation. Nevertheless, to avoid further confrontation, I paid the amount at checkout and left. What upset us most was not the breakfast charge itself but the manner in which the situation was handled. The interaction left us feeling humiliated and disrespected. Even weeks later, the incident remains one of the strongest memories from our trip and has significantly affected our perception of both the hotel and the Treebo brand. "Atithi Devo Bhava" is often quoted in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was the exact opposite. Travelers who value courteous and respectful treatment may wish to consider this when making their booking decision.

The hotel doesn't have AC , rooms are suffocating and no ventilation at all, bathrooms doesn't have mirror and a plug point to shave or trim. They do not provide clean water nor an option to buy bottled water. The water they provide was dirty we have to spend the whole night without clean drinking water. we have to climb down the stairs 2 floors to go the rooms. No proper parking facilities for your car. Over all terrible experience.
