Very nice place with a beautiful location. It was close to groceries and public transportation. There was some "nice to have" facilities also + the host was very communicative and very helpsom.
There was a little mold on some walls around the house. Also we lacked some basic facilities like toiletpaper, washing tabs but nothing major that we couldn't buy. The smaller room had some beds that have seen better days

Beautiful view from ground floor terrace and first floor balcony. Comfortable rooms with cheerful decor. Close to bus stop, neighborhood market, and beach at the Marina di Praia.
Have to be super careful not to leave food out — even crumbs — in the kitchen or you get ants.
