Villa Gaetano was almost perfect for our group of 5, 2 couples and one single person. The view, the garden, the amenities were all fantastic. The kitchen and bathrooms were great, with the exception of really only having one shower. The shower in the bathroom wasn't really usable, but the large bathtub was enjoyed.
Loved having the washing machine, but it took a long time to wash clothes. Appreciated the drying rack though. We spent most of our time there in the garden, where nice chairs and a table with seating were provided. We picked fresh lemons and limes off the trees daily. Very pleasant. We also had one very rainy day where we enjoyed playing games at the large kitchen table. The full size refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as all of the necessities were very thoughtful.
The host, Nicola, was most helpful and responsive. He helped arrange transportation and gave us recommendations, the best being the company to get a boat tour from.
The small bedroom didn't have an air conditioning unit and the screen on the window didn't prevent bugs from getting in. The guest that stayed in that room was warm at night. Otherwise, appreciated all of the cubbies.

Villa Gaetano Praiano was definitely one of the best places we have stayed with our kids. There was enough space, the apartment was very well equipped and it had a beautiful small garden with an amazing view. Two supermarkets were just around the corner and the local beach a short walk away. Also, our host Nicola was absolutely wonderful making sure that we feel welcomed, comfortable and well-informed about the nearby attractions.
