About this house rental
Casa Tonia is a holiday home located in the high area of Praiano, one of the most fascinating towns on the Amalfi Coast.
The apartment is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living area with a TV and a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with a dining area and a small service bathroom also equipped with a washing machine. On the first floor, on the other hand, there are the two bedrooms (one double and one with twin beds) and the bathroom with shower. The house also has an internet connection via wi-fi and air conditioning systems.
The house does not have terraces, it has only windows. Ideal for spending a quiet holiday, for those who love walking on the famous path of the Gods, or more comfortably relax in the warm sun on the beautiful beaches of the divine coast. Easy to access with only 30 steps from the road, where you can park your car for free. But you can use public transport, to move around without problem of pargheggio. Positano and Amalfi are just a few minutes from Praiano.
We also accept stays in winter, over 2 weeks.

We stayed here for 2 nights in October on a walking tour of the Amalfi Coast. Praiano is quieter (and considerably cheaper) a place to stay than Positano.
The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with 2 large bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The downstairs lounge is roomy, though lacking a view outside, and the kitchen has everything you need. There is no balcony but the blurb makes that clear.
The property is located to the top end of this spread-out village and there are a fearsome number of steps down to the beach but there is a local bus stop right outside the property and we used that service.
There are good restaurants in Praiano, la Bonta is great value and does take-away, whilst the Kazai has great atmosphere and a good menu.

Our host was wonderful and helped us navigate our stay - we were in constant communication. She recommended the cutest restaurant in Praiano (Kasai) which we liked so much that we went twice. This house is located at the top of Praiano but easily accessible by the local bus or by the stairs that are all around the town. It was very clean. No matter where you stay, that is your mode of transportation. Praiano does not have the "scene" that Positano has but it is nice and quiet and things are much less expensive. Nevertheless, Positano is easily accessible by bus, which stops not far from this place.
