About this apartment rental
Casa Cimino A is a recently renovated house. It has high-quality furnishings, typical of the Amalfi Coast: the old terracotta floor makes the house charming and welcoming. The view of Capri and Positano is breathtaking. It belongs to a larger complex, which includes an independent floor, located just below (with a separate entrance). Casa Cimino A is located in the upper part of Praiano, on the west side, one of the quietest areas of the town, with a breathtaking view: you can admire Capri and Positano from every window!
The house is organised on one floor and includes:
• Living room with a double sofa bed (bed size 160x190)
• Fully equipped sea-view kitchen, with a table for 4 people (with dishwasher)
• 1 spacious double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with en-suite bathroom and sea view
• 2 full bathrooms with shower (one in the bedroom)
Casa Cimino A is located just above the famous Church of San Gennaro, on the path that leads to the famous Sentiero degli Dei. The fastest way to reach the house is from the upper part of Praiano, through a walk of about 200 m, alternating with about 60 steps. Alternatively, you can reach the centre of Praiano through a staircase of about 200 steps. The private parking is about 500 m away, for a fee. Alternatively, it is possible to park in the public parking lines about 200 m away.
A few steps away are:
• One Fire Beach Club (20 minutes walk through the passages)
• Bars and restaurants (5 minutes)
• Small grocery store (5 minutes)
• Local bus stop and Sita stop (5 minutes)

The host was very very helpful and responsive. The apartment is exactly what it looked in the pictures. If you are travelling be mentally prepared for the steps (60 steps to the apartment but very very doable). I guess the host was super responsive and proactive in every way possible. He kept checking on us time to time. And not to forget the view is just majestic

So charming with the view, the church bells and the cobble stone walk ways. easy enough to get to center of the town and directly on the Path of the Gods if youre interested in a day hike! the host is very helpful and responsive, plus have recommendations and clear instructions.

The house was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. The couch wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine for a couple of nights. Be prepared to climb a fair number of stairs from the main road to reach the apartment, it’s manageable but can get a little tricky at times. Francesco was a fantastic host! Very kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we had questions. The location was also great, with good restaurants, bus stops, and a mini market nearby for essentials. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others visiting Praiano.
