Hotel Your House

We stayed at this place twice in the end - the first day in Costa Rica and our last day as well. We really appreciated the transfer to the airport - they took us from the airport on the forst day and they also drived us there on the last day which was super appreciated since our flight was very early in the morning. I have to highlight the breakfast since it was amazing, and it turned out (after our 3 weeks stay in Costa Rica), also the nbest breakfast we have had. They offer traditional Costarican breakfast with rice, beans, platains and amaying cas juice (my favourite, have not had as good as here during our vacation), however, they also offer toast and cereals and more for those who do not like such option. And on our last day, on our way back, they even packed us breakfast to go since we had to leave super early and would then miss the breakfast at the accommodation. The room was clean and sufficient to our needs, there is also parking available. The communication was great and staff very friendly and helpful ((they even helped us with our SIM cards) ) and we can only recommend.

All was great for us.

It was perfectly located near the airport. It was really nice to arrive to CR and our first experience be in a family run home which felt way more authentic than staying in a hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the owner kindly gave us a lift the following morning.

The owner was fabulous. Our flight out of Canada was delayed so that we arrived in the middle of the night. And yet she came to pick us up nonetheless. We stayed a second time just for one night prior to our return to Canada as the hotel is located pretty close to the airport. It was a very early morning flight and yet she drove us to the there yet again! When does she sleep? Muchos gracias, senora. Breakfast was quite adequate with good fresh local fruit and the location was also not too far from our car rental place. So that was also an important consideration.

The bedrooms were pretty basic without air conditioning. Fortunately, it was not exceedingly hot but, had it been so, it might be a tad uncomfortable despite the fans.

Close to airport

This place is right between 2 major highways. The noise was not avoidable. If you are not tolerant to the permanent noise from horning cars, trucks and bicycles at night - look for other place.
