Apartamento Puerto Banús

The apartment was a ground floor with garden.Beautiful quiet spotless equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Couldn’t fault the apartment at all.

The information was perfect, I received quick answers to my questions. The apartment is well equipped, but a bit old style. Good kitchen, coffee maker, washing machine, it was fine. Super parking next to the house, security fences everywhere. The center and the beach are a short walk away, the location is excellent.

The heating stopped after two days, probably due to limited electricity use.It is a mistake that the terrace door and the room windows cannot be closed from the inside in the master bedroom, nor in the bathroom.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment complex.

The apartment is is need of some repairs (some windows did not lock, blinds were not working properly, bathroom fittings need updating, apartment garden needs tidying, apartment needs re-painting).

These were the redeeming points for us. Location - Really great! 10 minute walk into Banus which was ideal. the complex backs onto a road which is noisy but it didn’t bother us. Pool - Absolutely gorgeous! almost like your own private pool! sun beds and shades, super clean and a real sun trap. Complex and Grounds - beautiful, well kept grounds. a secure complex which felt safe. Not too noisy either but that may be because September is a little quieter. Kitchen - Well equipped with everything you need and probably the nicest room in the apartment but again, dirty. Layers of dust on all the worktops

You definitely sacrifice comfort for location here. Arrival - were told we would be met on arrival at the property which we weren’t. Instead, keys were left at another random complex which we weren’t given the address of. Arriving late at night, this wasn’t great. Apartment - Really quite run down, tired and tatty and dirty. The main bedroom has a double bed, this really smelled like urine which was the mattress we think. The door to the garden was broken leaving a gap which allowed the mosquitoes in. En-suite bathroom, tired and dated. The second bedroom is tiny! No room to get ready, dressed or changed in there. The two beds are like camp beds and so uncomfortable. The window was broken and wouldn’t close and we got bitten every night by mosquitoes. The wardrobes and draws and old and broken and there was some random leftover clothes in there from previous guests. The shower is grimy and dirty and tiny, we didn’t use it. The toilet broke on the first night. The Garden is small and doesn’t get any sun. The grass wasn’t cut and was untidy and the borders, hedges overgrown. The electric cut out frequently, you cannot have several appliances on at the same time. We were only given one set of keys which was a bit of a pain as we had different plans so it made it difficult for us. If someone wanted to go back to the apartment, we all had to go and let the person in then return to where we were.
