Good location for Puerto Banus. Short walk to all amenities and the beach area.
Sunny balcony and good wifi. Lounge area is large. Good sized kitchen and comfortable bathrooms. The washing machine and tumble dryer were very useful. Full size fridge and freezer.
The pool and gardens are in good condition.
Reception was friendly and efficient. Car park space right outside. Good communication with owner.
The location means you're close to the highway so there can be road noise in 2 bedrooms. A cafetière works be useful.
The other thing to watch is that the gym and inside pool, etc. involve a daily charge circa €30 per day which wasn't clear on booking.
We stayed in January so the heating wasn't always effective on cooler days.

Nous avons aimé le calme et la sécurité de la résidence, la propreté des lieux et la praticité de la cuisine entièrement équipée.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié avoir le choix de petit déjeuner soit sur une terrasse spacieuse, soit à l’abri sous la clim .
Aussi, notre hôte a été très flexible sur les dates et horaires d’arrivée et départ.

Desde el primer momento de mi llegada, me sorprendió la belleza del lugar y el ambiente tan agradable. Agradezco sinceramente al propietario por su cálida bienvenida y su atención a cada detalle.
El alojamiento fue más que excelente: el apartamento es elegante, con un mobiliario de buen gusto, equipado con un aire acondicionado estupendo y muy espacioso, lo que nos dio una gran comodidad.
Todo coincidía perfectamente con la descripción y las fotos publicadas en Booking, e incluso diría que es aún más bonito en la realidad.
Uno de los puntos fuertes es la recepción disponible las 24 horas, lo que brinda una sensación de seguridad y tranquilidad.
La ubicación es inmejorable: a solo unos metros de Puerto Banús y su preciosa playa, y cerca de todos los servicios. La residencia también cuenta con una fantástica piscina con una bonita cafetería con vistas, que ofrece precios muy razonables y comida deliciosa.
Lo recomiendo totalmente a quienes buscan unas vacaciones tranquilas, cómodas y de calidad en un entorno excepcional. ¡Una experiencia inolvidable, sin duda volveré!

The accommodation was beyond excellent: the apartment is elegant and tastefully furnished, with excellent air conditioning, and it’s very spacious, offering great comfort.
Everything matched the description and photos on Booking perfectly—if anything, it’s even more beautiful in real life. One of the great advantages is the 24/7 reception, which adds a sense of security and convenience.
The location is unbeatable: just a few meters from Puerto Banús and its beautiful beach, and close to all amenities. The property also features a fantastic swimming pool with a lovely café overlooking it, offering very reasonable prices and delicious food.
