Very nice location, close to Brunico. quiet neighborhood. General store 5 min away. Free parking outside. Very specious, clean and nice decorated apartment. Access to garden + fireplace which can be used. Highly recommended!

- clean and modern look of apartment - friendly and helpful house owner - well-equipped kitchen - free skibus stop 2 min from house (directly to Kronplatz)

- would great to have teflon pan (it was hard to cook something on stainless pan ;)) - there could be more hangers for drying wet clothes after skiing

Perfect place to stay while travelling if you want to feel italian spirit in austrian neighbourhood.

home-made orange juice was delicious. The best tiramisu we ever had. Big kitchen allowed us to cook a lot. Big bathroom was very comfy. Shops were nearby. Very good pizza in the restaurant very close to our guesthouse. Rooms were very clean.

There is nothing we can complain about.

La sig.ra Sigrid è stata gentilissima: al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato dei giochi per la nostra bimba di 2 anni e dei dolcetti di benvenuto. Durante il soggiorno ci ha preparato un delizioso strudel e si è informata più volte che tutto procedesse al meglio. Non possiamo far altro che ringraziarla di cuore e consigliare il suo meraviglioso appartamento a tutti! Complimenti, ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene!

schöne große Wohnung und gut ausgestattet in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung Schöner Blick in den Garten, wo man sich auch an den Kräutern bedienen darf. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die im Hause wohnt. Großer privater Parkplatz vor der Haustür

nur Kleinigkeiten: Die Küche ist etwas verbaut, Kühlschrank geht nur zu öffnen, wenn man die Wohnzimmertür schließt. Wir hätten uns auf der Terrasse vielleicht einen kleinen Sichtschutz zur Sitzecke der Nachbar-fewo vorstellen können, um etwas mehr Privatsphäre zu haben.

Aussergewöhnlich und jederzeit wieder 😀

Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr wohl und vor allem willkommen gefühlt. Die Begrüssung mit Apfelstrudel ist einmalig. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Terrasse eignet sich hervorragend zum entspannen, und der Kamin macht selbst im Frühjahr die Abende gemütlicher. Besonders hilfreich waren auch die vielen Tipps zum Wandern, da wir so abseits der Touristenströme die Natur geniessen konnten. Der ÖPNV ist nur wenige Minuten von der Haustür entfernt.

Niezwykle czysty, jasny i przestronny lokal. Wygodne łóżka, świetna, lekka pościel. Ładny widok za oknem na zadbany ogród,, można zjeść śniadanie w ogrodzie przy wygodnym stole z widokiem na góry. Gospodarze po prostu przemili, gościnni. Strudel, którym nas poczęstowali wart wszystkich pieniędzy świata!

MEGA!!! Nette Vermieter :) Ganz toll :)

Die Wohnung war neu renoviert. Sehr warm mit Fußbodenheizung. Wir konnten mit Holz heizen. Die Vermieter waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Zum SKI-Bus waren es nur ein paar Schritte.
