Aurturist Brunico

Perfect, very comfortable, modern and new equipped apartment with excellent view on the City center of Brunico. Host was very friendly and on service. Parking place is inside of the building so it was very cozy for our needs during stays in Brunico. I like big space and large rooms, so this app was top choice for us.

The location was very good. The appartments are located in the city center of Brunico separated in two big buildings, very close to the bus station that takes you to the ski center etc.

The check-in process is unnecessarily complicated and chaotic.The host was uncooperative, unfriendly, and dismissive — which is particularly disappointing for someone managing accommodation with more than 10 apt. A basic level of professionalism and courtesy is clearly lacking.Only later did we realize that bed linen and towels cost an additional €9 per person, which, although mentioned in the Booking details is still an unreasonable practice in accommodation of this price range. On top of that, we had to pay city tax per person and a €150 deposit per apartment. For our group of 9 people staying only 3 nights, this resulted in €162 in extra charges, excluding the deposit — an unpleasant surprise, to say the least. Garbage disposal deserves its own paragraph. Guests are required to meticulously separate waste into different categories, yet we were provided with one garbage bag for three types of waste. Failure to properly separate and dispose of trash can result in a deduction from the deposit — or, alternatively, you can simply pay another €10 and the host will take care of it for you. An interesting business model: inconvenience first, paid relief second.We were given one roll of toilet paper-anything beyond that, you are expected to purchase yourself.One night there was no heating nor hot water. The host failed to inform us in advance, offered no solution, and showed no concern whatsoever.We had a pregnant woman in our group, who was forced to wash herself using boiled water from a pot. This is completely unacceptable and humiliating, for €1,500 paid.This place seems to operate on the principle that guests are an inconvenience rather than customers. The host demonstrates a remarkable lack of understanding of what hospitality means, confusing “running apartments” with “extracting money while providing the bare minimum.”If you enjoy hidden fees, cold showers, rigid rules, and being treated as a problem rather than a guest- this might be the perfect place for u.

Very centrally located in the middle of Brunico, near Christmas market, dining places, shopping etc. If you drive like we did, there is a private garage that is secure.

It was very spacious and kitchen is well equipped!

The location was amazing, the cleanliness was immaculate, and Lucia was so helpful and kind. Even though we had a language barrier but she never let us down.. and she immediately returned my safety deposit. Amazing experience.

The check out time is very early at 9:00 am, and the lift broke on the last day, so I had to bring all my luggage down the stairs from the fifth floor.

The apartment was tastefully furnished, high-quality floors, solid wood furniture and a nice kitchen, even the dishes were of good quality. You can tell someone put real care into the place. The original wooden beams are still visible, adding lots of character. Lucia, the host, was lovely and helpful. The location is super central, and the apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend! The apartments had everything we needed; washing machine, coffee machine, water cooker.. and a wonderfully large fridge.
