Lokalizacja, przestronność, funkcjonalność, poczucie estetyki i piękna w każdym szczególe, wygodne łóżka i pełne wyposażenie apartamentu z dużą lodówka na czele i dwoma dużymi telewizorami. Czystość wzorowa. B. cichy apartament, a parking na dole podwórka to wyśmienity dodatek. Brawo "Warmia"
Brak windy, ale to stare budownictwo, więc zrozumiałe i trochę za mały strumień wody pod prysznicem - myślę, że jest to kwestia regulacji.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja: blisko do przystanków komunikacji miejskiej oraz sklepów. Zaciszne miejsce na Starym Mieście. Z okna piękny widok.
To trochę przykre, że obiekt który ma ocenę prawie 9 na Booking jest zaniedbany: poobijane meble, zardzewiała półeczka na kosmetyki pod prysznicem, w kątach kurz. Ponadto w komodzie i szafie mnóstwo jakiś pudeł, papierów, rzeczy po poprzednich wynajmujących – chciałoby się wyciągnąć ubrania z walizki a fizycznie nie ma gdzie.
