The space in the flat was great and it had the basics. Had hot water and large fridge. Balcony was lovely to sit out on. Location for shops and cafes was brill. Staff were nice when we collected keys and came quickly when the tv remote wouldn't work.
The noise in the evenings (especially the Friday eve...maybe just cos it was Easter? Noise went on till 4am!!). No instructions on how to use the washing machine so I had no chance....never seen one like that before!

Excellent location and spacious apartment
Beds very uncomfortable, squeaky and the blinds in the bedrooms didn’t block the sunlight so sleeping past 4 am was impossible.
