The room was disgustingly dirty mould throughout the curtains covered in mould the kettle plug was covered in mould the bathroom was filthy and tile grout covered in mould very un hygienic The pool was dirty the day beds by the pool were gross and not clean covered in dirty The bed sheets were ripped and discoloured from white to dirty stains only booked it last minute as a stop over due to a delayed flight

Our family had a very short transit stay in Bali, arriving around 8:00 p.m. and departing at 5:00 a.m. Because we were traveling with three young children, we intentionally booked this hotel near the airport, as it confirmed that it could provide both airport pick-up and drop-off services, despite being aware of the very poor reviews regarding its facilities. Despite having this confirmed before booking, on the morning of our check-in day—while we were already on our way to the airport—we received a message stating that pick-up would no longer be available without a reason. It was too late for us to make alternative arrangements. I then confirmed with the hotel that drop-off would still be provided, which they agreed to. After landing in Bali, it took us nearly two hours to arrange transportation. Upon check-in, the hotel informed us that drop-off service was also unavailable. This experience was extremely frustrating and stressful, especially with young children. The hotel failed to honor its commitments and cannot be trusted. I strongly advise against staying here.

The property is strategically located and relatively close to the airport, which can be convenient for a very short stay.

I stayed only one night, as I arrived very late and was extremely tired, which made it difficult to look for another hotel at that time. Unfortunately, the room and bathroom were in poor hygienic condition, with visible humidity damage, peeling paint, stained walls, and lack of proper maintenance. There were unpleasant odors in the bathroom, and the air conditioning worked intermittently, stopping at times in a very humid climate. The hotel is located in a strategic area close to the airport; however, the surrounding neighborhood is not very pleasant. The street is narrow, poorly maintained, and did not feel welcoming. As a pregnant guest, cleanliness and comfort are essential, and this stay did not meet basic expectations.

This is the filthy hotel I ever been in Indonesia and all Asia. Rooms are dirty, nasty dirty, seems like they don't even clean the room after every customer.The bedshirt were smelly, with yellow stain, pillow were mushi.All the hotel is dirty and decadent, full of stains and moldy.Breakfast was a leftover of the yesterday dinner, nothing sweet, just some indo fry food and nothing else.Even when they change my room to an executive one nothing really change.DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR YIUR HEALTH SAFEY

we arrived with our room not ready. We requested two minimum bedrooms. We were offered two separate rooms which was not acceptable with a 14-year-old. We were then offered the suite that we had booked only one Aircon working then when we went to shot the main door it wouldn’t close making it unsafe for our family.

The late notice that our room would not be ready which is the main reason we chose the hotel as it had two rooms was faulty and clean and insecure. Arriving on a late night flight from Australia we were then shown the adjoining rooms that weren’t adjoining. After an hour we settled on a king room and then asked for bedding so my husband Husband could sleep on the couch. There was one lovely staff member who tried to accommodate everything and help us. They wanted to hold our passport as security in an unlocked filing cabinet. They resolvedthe situation the next morning with a discounted room and breakfast. We had requested our driver to pick us up early as this was not a great place to stay.

Really good quality for money. Nice big room, with great air conditioning, wifi and pleasant staff. This hotel was a place to rest before my flight out of Bali, it was extremely close to the airport and there were plenty of shops within 10-20m walking distance. Overall I would probably stay here again.

The only thing I didn’t like was, the bathrooms were not very clean. Lots of grime around the sinks. My friend also had the same issue with her room. Even though there was a bath I chose not to use it because of this reason. Beautiful bathroom that just hadnt been well looked after.

There is nothing to like in this hotel.

I encountered serious safety concerns that directly resulted in the loss of 1,000,000 Indonesian Rupiah in cash from my room. The hotel's inadequate security measures created an unsafe environment for me and my belongings. Despite immediately reporting the missing cash to hotel management, they have been unable to resolve the matter or provide adequate compensation. This incident highlights significant security deficiencies at the property, and I am seeking Booking.com's assistance in both investigating these safety issues.

This property is extremely run down and just not clean, there was mould in the bathroom, some toilets in our “suite” didn’t flush, linen was extremely old. I would not stay here again. Water was not running to even have a shower. Mould and birds next in the roof. Pool area - deck is unsafe and a hazard and the balcony balustrade is unsafe and wobbles

The room was very unclean, stains on the bed, floor, walls. The bathroom was very dirty. I did not want to stay however we arrived late from a flight and did not have time to find somewhere else to stay. I traveled 3 hours to reach the property, but upon arrival, there was no one to attend or assist me for nearly 30–45 minutes. When I finally received access to the room, I found that the window was broken. Considering the property is located in a tropical area, I was genuinely afraid of reptiles or insects entering the room, making it unsafe for me to stay. I tried contacting the property host via WhatsApp, but my message was neither read nor responded to. There was also no alternative contact or staff present to address the issue. After waiting for 2 hours without any support or solution, I was forced to book another property at my own expense and travel another 3 hours back, resulting in a loss of my time, money, and energy.

The property was 10 minutes from the airport

It was filthy, there was mild everywhere in the bathroom. Doors did not close properly so mosquitoes were getting in. There was a rooster that crowed all night. Not ideal for a solo female. I went for a walk in the middle of the day and was cat called the whole way down the street. I was terrified to sleep. The staff were lovely and assured me it was safe.

Close to airport. Staff helpful and flexible. Cheap transfer to airport. Pool was clean. Glad we were only here for a few hours before a late evening flight, and not staying the night.

Place has not been maintained for several years. Room stank musty on entering, bathroom even worse. Rips in curtains. Glass door to bathroom about to fall off its top hinge. Sofa needs replacing and stained. TV small. Walls peeling. Under couch filthy (don't look if you lose something under there). Timber deck around pool in poor condition.
