Ipazia House

I had an exceptional stay at Ipazia House. From the moment I arrived, the host stood out for their warmth and professionalism, going far beyond what you would normally expect. They were attentive, responsive, and clearly put a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable. The accommodation itself was spotless. Everything was well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully prepared, with nothing missing or overlooked. It felt organized and cared for in a way that made the stay easy and stress-free. The location was also very convenient, close to the station, which made getting around simple. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality offered, making the overall experience even better value. Overall, it’s a place I would return to without hesitation. Everything met or exceeded expectations, and there’s genuinely nothing I would change about the stay.

Nothing to say , last time I was in Genova city center was 1996 , only Italians then, grandmas peeling vegetables outside there apartments , it’s changed a lot now.

Great property in central historic location. Amazing host who helped us get there and suggested the places to visit, like Camogli, Portofino etc. , also suggested local restaurants and attractions. There were tons of little things provided by the host from candy to water and kitchen supplies, we felt like home, thank you very much!

Luigia was amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Everything you needed was provided (kitchen and bathroom). At halftime she came and cleaned the apartment, with a change of sheets and towels. This was a first for us, as in the past, never anybody came to clean the properties, we stayed in.

El departamento, más que una casa de huéspedes parece la casa de una amiga que nos invita a pasar unos días a su hogar arreglado y equipado con los objetos que tienen un significado especial para ella. Se nota la dedicación y el cuidado que Luiga le pone a ese albergo y cuánto se preocupa para que sus huéspedes se sientan cómodos. De destacar que lo que necesitemos durante nuestra estadía seguramente lo encontraremos en el departamento. Y si tenemos preguntas para hacerle a Luiga ella siempre está dispuesta a contestarlas

Diría que la zona del Puerto Viejo, donde se encuentra, no se comparece con la visión romántica que tenía de ella, pero reconozco que es una muestra de la confluencia del pasado- con lo que significó el puerto de Génova- y la transformación social que el mundo está experimentando.
