The property is gorgeous and centric to one of the most traditional and artsy neighborhoods of CDMX, it’s great for strolling and there is so much to explore!
The “towels” that were set out on the bed were not something I would use to dry myself, they were off-putting. The staff did not give warm and fuzzy, the bright side was that there is a kitchen where you could cook or re-heat food if you wanted to. Honestly the location made up for the short comings.

it was a silent oasis in a very busy city: relaxed stay with lovely staff. coyoacan is a nice neighbourhood to explore and even though some of the main tourist attractions like centro historico and roma norte are a bit further away it is easily reachable by public transport (busses) and uber.
maybe a bit closer to the metro and a few more restaurants open on weekdays? not really anything big or something the stay can do anything about

Check in easy and it was clean. The owner is a friendly guy
I booked this place especially because of the advertised rooftop to relax .But when i asked to go upstairs they told me its closed due to construction work. They should inform the people in advance :( The rooms are not soundproofed, unfortunately one of the employees was watching a football game so loud , that i could not fall asleep.
