It was very near where we were going for a Xmas event. It’s comfortable, good value and the staff/owners are helpful and friendly.

It's a good option if you're visiting the South, Center or east of Mexico City

The location is very quiet and very close to Coyoacán square, as well as to importan avenues. There are staff available all times to help you.

It's a little difficult to find the house because there is no a big sign where it's located and some houses on the same street have similar design

Nice welcoming people who staff the hotel, clean facilities and I appreciate that there is a kitchen that is available. They also provide coffee which I really appreciated. My room was very clean and although small, comfortable. I liked the location too. It was quiet and peaceful but not far from the center of Coyoacán.

My room was on the small side but that wasn’t a big deal because it was just me and there are common spaces.

Everything was great, amazing hosts!

The property itself is a hidden gem. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with all the comforts you'd expect. The rooftop was a real highlight - it’s a peaceful oasis, making it the perfect spot to relax with a coffee or read a book. Would definitely recommend!

I booked this place especially because of the advertised rooftop to relax .But when i asked to go upstairs they told me its closed due to construction work. They should inform the people in advance :( The rooms are not soundproofed, unfortunately one of the employees was watching a football game so loud , that i could not fall asleep.

Beautiful stay and great location

It is a beautiful house! I walked in and it felt so surreal. In my previous stays in the city I felt like the building wasn’t well taken care of, but this house was the complete opposite! The house is very well taken care of and it’s also very nicely decorated! They even highlight the work of various Mexican artists.

I loved mostly everything, however, we did have to share a bathroom and at no fault of the property, the other guest were a little inconsiderate when it came to the bathroom. I think it would be nice to have rules set for the bathroom as well. I didn’t mind sharing it, but it definitely felt like I had to compete for the bathroom at times.

Our room and bed were spacious and it was clean. Drink water was available. We enjoyed our stay overall, it was in a good location in Coyoacan.

We really liked this accommodation, even though the price was too much for what you' ve got. 😉 it's between an airbnb and a hotel. There is a communal kitchen, a communal terrace and a communal lounge, but the price is if it's would be a hotel. The terrace is old and the floor is broken, but the rooms are nice and clean as well as the staff is friendly and helpful. We really liked the location.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay!

The room was clean, very nice modern bathroom, and very friendly accommodating staff! It was also in a good area. I would definitely recommend La Casita de Coyoacán.

Because of the pandemic food wasn’t served on the premises, but hopefully at some point they will return to serving food. But that’s not La Casita de Coyoacán fault it was a world wide issue. Other than that no other issues.

It was very homely, lovely decor, staff and dog! It had a very communal feel.

It was a little noisy at night.
