We find comfort with this Hostel Toilet with shower are Nice Washing machine Refrigerator and microwave oven in Room is very helpful for us We Enjoyed location surrounding with Calm and beautiful Swiss land Department store just 500 Mtr ,Migros and Lidl OBERGLATT and Niederglatt metro station is just 1km Bus stop just 200mtr 510 bus from airport stop there Really we like this hostel.

Nobody was there at reception, even prior appointment for late check in. Stayed whole night outside hotel till next day afternoon. We booked for two nighst and one night stayed out side hotel. We tried to call all the phone numbers given by the hostel airport.

the description of the rooms did not correspond to the reality, there was no bathroom what was described in the reservation had nothing to do with it, the caretaker is a malicious evil angry person, rooms and bathrooms are dirty and disgusting

Staff behavior is totally Unacceptable

In their bathroom they are not having proper drain facility and any cleaning equipment. The shower area is too small so during shower there is water spillage outside shower area which is normal but since there is no drain/cleaning facility/equipment the water gets collected & the attendant had argued with us & ask us to clean the bathroom which we did at the end. Bathroom cleaning is not our job & when we are paying for their facilities they should maintain it. If they could have provided drain line, the excess water could have drained immediately but since it was not there its not drained and he was complaining that there is some seepage due to us but it shows that the maintenance of apartment is not proper or water proofing in bathroom area in not done properly. Also, he threatened us to say that he will call police for the same & will throw us out in night, the way he was talking is totally unacceptable, at least he should have curtsey to talk politely. In past also we did number of bookings with you but this kind of misbehavior is the first time ever we saw. During the stay always we try not to have any problem to others, but such behavior is not expected from the attendant. Earlier we stayed in number of hotels and apartments we never seen that this kind of major design fault in drain facility. For your kind reference please find attached photos of bathroom where no drain facility is provided and suggest us next course of action against him for harassing us and misbehavior of the concerned person. We never expect this kind of response from the Booking.Com channel partner.

Very good

The Hostel is really nice. I had a room with private bathroom and I was so impressed. The room is on the roof so cozy and quiet. Clean and warm. Big, modern bathroom. The Hostel is central. You have a lot of bars and restaurants and shops. Well you are in the very center of Eivissa and at the bottom of the Castle :-). 10 min walk you are in Pacha and more or less 45 minutes walk you are in Playa d'em Bossa. The Hostel has also a restaurant which is very very good.

Most of the staff is very friendly, one not so friendly. A smile sometimes is nice to give :-)

With no option left, you can chose otherwise it is not worth to select while you have other options.

We arrived early morning, much before than expected check-in time and staff allowed to enter into the property. In addition, the staff was quite polite and co-operative. However, he doesn't understand English.

There was neither AC nor even Fan in the room. Cleanliness was not to the mark. Property is just on the roadside, so very much noisy because of vehicle movement and this cause difficulty in sleep. Also being close to the Zurich airport, flight noise is another cause of concern.

Wir haben uns schon Schock. Das ist Zimmer gleich Gruppen Arbeit. Wir haben uns nicht passen. Schlechter, und wie viel Fehler Sachen zum Beispiel kein Seife im Bad, spülen Seife, Küchetuch, Seife für Spülmaschine, Bettwäsche ist billiger sehr und gut nicht, Boden kein Treppen, kein mehr Toiletten. Grund 10 Personen Bett nur ein Bad inclusive Toiletten. Sehr schlecht. Muss 2 Bad und trenn Toiletten! Fenster halb offen andere kein offen ist Sperr. WLAN ist sehr schlecht und nicht gut vereinbart. Werbung Fotos im Booking.com schöne Bild. Aber wir fallen nicht sehr.
