Farm-like peaceful surrounding, decent sauna.
An unfinished (as of August 2021) Overpriced gimmick of an “IKEA Cottage”. Non-serviced .. I mean literally zero services- Forget about an option for any food at all. You’re doomed in the middle of nowhere without a single bottle of water, nor any possibility to get one. Cheap countryside interpretation of a higher end interior.
Clumsy facilities with undemanding attention to functionality and basic hospitality. No robes or towels for wellness/sauna..etc.
Obviously set up for future wedding ceremonies / small gatherings. A lovely idea, but a lot needs to to be done to justify the pricepoint.

"Everything was great. We stayed overnight while driving from Ukraine to Croatia. The place & location were perfect for us, especially with an available wall socket charger for my BYD.
