Friendly welcome from a lovely family, beautifully clean and decorated room with fresh towels and plenty of hot water and fresh fruit at breakfast. Great location in a peaceful part of Assisi helped make our experience there very happy and memorable. I would go again.
My wonderful large bed was slightly too hard for me but my friend didn't have any problems at all with his. Breakfast was good but would have been much better with a little fresh bread.

I can only say that Matteo made me feel truly welcome and at home. I had a problem with my mobile phone, and he was extremely helpful. His recommendations on where to eat and what to do were also excellent.

If the heater was not turned off during the night and was too cold at winter time. They don’t turn on the heater until 7 in the evening and turned it off at 10 PM owner trying to save money and energy. I was so uncomfortable.
