Appartamento molto curato e pulitissimo. Posizione ottima vicinissima alla piazza principale. Colazione in un bar vicino con la possibilità di mangiare il tipico bocconotto. La signora Rosa gentilissima, molto disponibile e super accogliente

Very conveniently located on the fringe of the Old Town with lots of character, spacious, well presented, good shower and hot water.
Potential guests should know that the owner is not resident, greets you and then disappears for rest of stay; breakfasts arranged for you in whatever local cafe is open (minimal offering in my experience); there are no interior locks with the only one being on the street door; and there is no door between en-suite bathroom & bedroom.

A microwave. —- but no plate, mug or cutlery
The room was locked off from the rest of the house with its own street entrance so I saw nobody else.
I didn’t learn until after payment had gone through at booking time that breakfast was at a nearby bar . As the landlord didn’t pass on my request for Gluten Free bread there was nothing for me to eat.
Also he let himself into my room when I was out just to leave my receipt when he should have come back later as he lived around the corner. If I had been having a siesta I would’ve been very scared hearing someone coming up the stairs.
No wi fi . No fan . No coat hangers.
