Camera spatioasa, rezervasem studioul dar avand o defectiune la chiuveta, proprietarul ne a facut upgrade la camera si am primit o camera mult mai mare si mai frumoasa, foarte confortabila, la acelasi pret.

Locatia este foarte frumoasa, dar nu este intretinuta. Camera pe care am primit o nu avea cheie.

O gradina superbă dar neîngrijită... Piscina frumoasa . Bebe are 2 ani iar cățelul de acolo l a cam speriat

Positive: there is free parking, hot water, wood floors. It is a nice property with a lot of potential, but need the following fixed ...

Negative: check in was extremely difficult. The call box button and camera was unanswered, the WhatsApp took 5 calls to get a reply, the yahoo email on the sign for the property was not responded to, and the Booking.com messaging was not responded to. Please send check in instructions to future guests to help fix this. Especially send instructions on how to get on the property when you arrive. Not every guest will have a phone to call you, not everyone uses WhatsApp, and not everyone has internet when they are arriving at their vacation hotel. Check in instructions needs to be clear and early. The dogs here on the property are barking, a LOT. I have been writing this review in parts for 30 minutes and they are still barking. Address is wrong in Booking.com, please fix it! Pensiunea Agroturistică Casa Groza Str. Grigore Geamanu 320, Turcineşti, Romania. Maybe even add GPS coordinates: 45.1061481, 23.3153855 Guests need security, and not having keys to doors, or locks on doors inside the rooms is probably the most unacceptable part of the entire place. This place could be really lovely, but I don't recommend it if the above basics are not fixed. If you fix it, then I am happy to recommend this place to other guests.
