Clean and tidy beautiful presentation on arrival, room cleaned to good standards as expected
No one on front desk to ask questions about the room late at night, understood someome was on hand 24hrs but couldnt see anyone after 11pm

Second time coming here, different rooms, same problems: No shower gel, no AC (only heat). Last time I woke up during the night with the temperature reaching 26°C in the room although was set to 22, and they told me to open the window because the hotel was set on the heat only (and it's almost May). I used the only option, and listen all the dogs of the neighborhood barking during the night, a noise from a generator or something like that, and smelled a smoggy air from outside.
