Second time coming here, different rooms, same problems: No shower gel, no AC (only heat). Last time I woke up during the night with the temperature reaching 26°C in the room although was set to 22, and they told me to open the window because the hotel was set on the heat only (and it's almost May). I used the only option, and listen all the dogs of the neighborhood barking during the night, a noise from a generator or something like that, and smelled a smoggy air from outside.

Great breakfast, very friendly staff, big pool for swimming, always appreciated to be able to swim in the evening and to enjoy the breakfast in the morning.
