A great view from the welcoming terrace. The location is up the hill so the view on the fortress and the sea is phenomenal. Good size apartment for 3 adults with a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

The heating from the AC in the bedroom was a bit limited as it was particularly cold when we were there. Weak WiFi signal and small TV that we ended up not using as we could only connect to an Italian channel. Stairs to reach the apartment and climbing slope so will not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The slope leading to the property is worth it! You would definitely need to be in relatively good shape though haha. I’m surprised it is actually a decent distance to the centre. It only takes 15 - 20 minutes from the property to walk. Of course in the heat it is a different experience when walking back to property, but the trade off is worth it. I prefer this quiet neighbourhood as in exchange the apartment was big! It was easy to relax and get used to during my stay as the apartment is equipped with basic necessities, storage and including a medium sized fridge. Felt like a local during my stay and you cannot beat the view during sunrise over the castello and during sunset. It was magnificent. Fyi there’s only air con in the bedroom and fan in the living room but this was no problem to me.

Everything was great, my only two suggestions are; swap the towels in the bathroom because it shed a lot of blue fabric, it was abit awkward. the balcony divider isn’t too secure, would be better if thicker fabric is used as sometimes the wind is abit strong and I can see part of the other opposite balcony and they could see through my balcony vice-versa.
