"la casa dell'architetto" con terrazza panoramica in centro storico e a due passi dal porto

La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale, comoda sia per l'accesso ai trasporti pubblici (aliscafi e autobus) sia per i servizi di prima necessità, come supermercati, farmacie e negozi commerciali. Il mini appartamento è dotato dei comfort principali, tra cui l'aria condizionata e una dotazione di stoviglie. È presente una terrazza con vista sul castello, dove poter eventualmente consumare i pasti.

Trattandosi di un piano terra, situato in un vicolo, l'appartamento risulta poco luminoso ed arieggiato. Il vicolo è tranquillo e silenzioso, ad eccezione del mattino presto durante il ritiro dei bidoni della spazzatura. Il bagno è cieco e privo di bidet. Le scale per accedere alla terrazza sono piuttosto ripide.

Wir waren aufrichtig begeistert von unserer Unterkuft und ihrer für uns perfekten Lage in einer Seitengasse des Corso inmitten der Altstadt von Lipari. Es brauchte nur einen Schritt vor die Tür, um ins lebhafte, authentische Süditalien einzutauchen, genau wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten. Das gemütliche Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sauber und prima eingerichtet; dazu gab es im Zweiten Stock einen Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Kathedrale und den Burgberg. Unser freundlicher und sympathischer Gastgeber Giuseppe erwartete uns bei der Ankunft nicht nur mit dem Schlüssel, einem Lächeln und einem Glas Wein, sondern stand uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes buchstäblich rund um die Uhr mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen Dank dafür, wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt im "Haus des Architekten".

Great location, calm street, great bed, Giuseppe was really nice and let us check-out late so we enjoyed a bit more time on beautiful Lipary!

Equipment was a bit simple - eg no sharp knife, no electric kettle (which is fine but the "cooker" kettle was very small) It depends on your preferences, but the flat was abit darker if you dont want to have the door opened to the street. The terrace is very nice but if you search for full privacy it is not the case as it is near the owners studio.
