the BEST B&B experience ever!!

This was the best B&B experience ever! First of we were late at arrival and we were messy throughout our stay, but the host was soo nice and understanding. it was the most hospitable host ever! At one point I was hurt from falling and the host came with first aid kit, and he picked us up when we were lost. The B&B had a delicious breakfast with juices and refills, and it was clean and a perfeect place to stay in. The garden had wine yards, sunbeds, training station, football, and a perfect view of the mountains. This b&b made our whole trip to Italy, and it was better staying there than going to bigger cities. We would love going back to Italy, just to stay at that B&B. We really recommend anyone interested to stay there!

As I’ve written in my review for the first of the two rooms we’ve had. Super friendly host, super clean, comfy bed, nice and clean bathroom with shower, blow dryer, little coffee machine, good air-con, nice little garden with playground and some fitness gear to exercise on/with. Italian style breakfast included and host went through the trouble of getting me some gluten-free cornettos and biscuits. Perfect for a nice stop over as in our case, but could see how you could easily spend more time in summer

Superb

Really nice place to stay. Our room was spacious and clean. Additionally included a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Staff (David) was very friendly and offered us to use a beach umbrella and couple of bicycles. Going to the beach by bike only takes a few minutes. There is also a huge garden (good for kids), plenty of chairs, tables, and a grill for a barbeque. Most definitely recommend this place!

Very nice and comfortable place to have a rest and some bbq. It is quiet place with nice ambient. Davide, the owner, was very welcome and helpful to us. It is not luxery place, but absolutely valuable for the price it asks. I absolutely recommend that place to visit, because I would like to come back there someday. Thank you, Davide, for the good time we had.

Driving through Tuscany was so easy with this property located just in the way out of the motorway and easily accessible to the Marina. The house is surrounded by Olive trees, kiwis and vines. A nice lawn where the children could burn their energy and we could relax in the sun. Marvellous place at a great price

Dolce vita - egyszerűen tökéletes!

Fantasztikus hely. A szállás kifogástalan, mindent megtalálsz, amire szükséged van. A kert gyönyörű, hangulatos, és rengeteg szabadidős tevékenységre van lehetőség. Biciklivel bárhol ott teremsz a városban egy perc alatt. Davide elképesztően segítőkész, csodálatos helyeket mutatott, és tanácsokat adott. Nem mellesleg nagyon jól kosarazik, pinpongban sem rossz…;) Ezen a szálláson minden adott ahhoz, hogy jól érezzétek magatokat, és akár még új barátokra is szert tehettek, ha szerencsétek van. 10/10
