The staff was very friendly and funny, he is young so we had fun even tho a bit grumpy sometimes XD
Let’s say we had a bad experience bravo use of the position not the riad itself. It’s in the middle of the old city but we had to walk a very weird street to get there (it was inside houses idk how to explain it) and just be careful of the people who try to tell you they know the way and where to park.!!
Our room was inside the dining hall, we stayed there 1 night so it was a bit funny but I wouldn’t stay in that room for more. It’s very big and many many stairs. From the window in the room we could see the tables, it is right in front XD

The architecture of the Riad is stunning. Visually appealing. We were the only couple upstairs at the highest floor so we had a beautiful view of our room every morning. My partner liked the breakfast. The view over the old medina was nice as well.
The location is not easy to find at all. The Riad is really inside the old medina so you have to navigate the steep stairs with your suitcase and is not easy to find on Google Maps. The Riad occasionally had a smell like mold especially in the mornings. In our room, the wardrobe was broken when we checked in though they had it fixed the next day.

Taha, a staff member was especially helpful. The place is located near a parking area so access is easy. It is really nice when the staff explains things like about the petit red taxis. Fes is a confusing place, when the Riads upsell , it creates even more distrust.
I wonder if one could give input into what is wanted for breakfast rather than just being served the same things every morning. We only wanted a few of the items.
