Fantastic complex. Great pool and activities, kids loved the games room! Plenty of sun beds. Breakfast great! Staff lovely. Room cleaned every day. Location amazing- 2 mins to beach.

My wife is gluten free and constantly had to ask for gluten free bread- it was always brought out eventually but she didn't like having to ask every time. Maybe have a small GF section at the breakfast buffet?

You could hear some noise from inside the room.

The hotel is clean. The food is good and affordable. The parking space is good but you need to reserve it in advance.

I didn't like the room. I booked a superior apartment but it was small, especially the living room and kitchen was super tiny. The TV in the room is almost 37 inch like the ones I used in my childhood. The Elevators are small and were mostly broken. Our room was in 4th floor. I had to carry our stroller and baby up and down.

Very nice hotel. Everything is new. Nice bright property. Excellent cleaning services. Reasonable distance to the beach. Great evening entertainment for kids and adults.

Not secure property, everyone can walk in and walk out without being asked. Staff absolutely joke. In restaurants you need to be very lucky to get someone to order the drinks. Hotel German people orientated , everyone else is is be ignored most of the time. Due to small baby we were asking about a 2h later check-out.. even if we pay for it.. “not a chance” that what we been told . Food is very salty.. don’t like at all. Nice hotel but service clearly need to be improved to reach 4 star.
